We invite you to sit back and relax on the large covered deck overlooking the beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Enjoy your favorite beverage while reading that book you've been meaning to start. Take a bike ride to some of the most beautiful beach communities in the area - complete with unique stores, boutiques, acclaimed restaurants and fun activities for everyone of all ages. Or just walk across the street, down the private beach access, to the sugar-white sands of the Gulf.
'Happy Ours' is a comfortable and inviting 3 bedroom home with upscale amenities located off of Hwy 30-A between Watersound and Rosemary Beach. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the comforts of home and full of upgrades - from the stainless steel appliances, down to the fondue set! Newly furnished family room with 32" HD flat panel LCD TV and new love seat/sleeper sofa.
Relax in the master bedroom with queen bed and look out the French doors to the patio and pool. Grill some steaks on the back deck while watching the kids play in the pool. We have one of the best views in the community overlooking the pool. The bathrooms are beautifully tiled and ultra clean! The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and walk-in closet and the 3rd bedroom has cozy twin bunk beds. We also have a convertible sofa bed. All rooms are equipped with TV/DVD players. We have tons of games, movies and children's toys/books for your enjoyment. Don't forget your favorite CDs to play on the stereo CD player. We also offer WI-FI and free long distance.
