Beautiful, brand new lake house on 75 feet of water just steps out the door, perfect family location. This home is situated on a large lot in a quiet cove perfect for safe swimming and fishing. The boat dock has a slip for up to a 26' boat and an area to relax by the water.
This custom home was professionally designed and decorated to create a relaxing atmosphere. It has three bedrooms, two baths, gourmet kitchen, game room, two large covered porches, two TV's with satellite, and DVD player. The game room is equipped with an air hockey table, dart board, ping pong table, and pull out bed. It is the wonderful area for the kids to play as the adults relax upstairs. The back yard provides a large grassy area to throw the football, horse shoes, or play a fun game of ladder ball, all of which are included. Be sure to also enjoy the fire pit, great for relaxing by in the evening and making S'mores! Both the upstairs and downstairs porches provide a fantastic view of the lake and have gates to keep kids or animals from going up and down the stairs.

Master bedroom has beautiful view of the lake and access to the porch. It is equipped with a queen size bed, large walk in closet, baby changing table, flat panel LCD TV with satellite, adjoining master bath with spacious shower and upgraded brass fixtures.
Second bedroom also has a queen bed with access to the porch and gorgeous view of the lake.
Third bedroom has bunk beds and a full size bed.
Living Area: Tile with a sofa bed, love set, rocking chair, media center with flat panel LCD television and DVD player.
Dining Area: Large dining table with seating for six and an adjacent kitchen bar with seating for three with ceramic tile throughout.
Kitchen: Opens up to living room and dining area, includes all major appliances, abundant counter space and ceramic tile throughout.
Laundry Room: Washer and dryer with counter space to fold clothes.
Game Room: Full size fold out bed, air hockey table, ping pong table, dart board, table and chairs, great playing board or card games.
Backyard: Two covered porches both with views of the lake. Upstairs has ceiling fans and a table that seats six. Downstairs has two swing chairs and a charcoal grill.
Garage: Large enough to fit boat and two cars.(or 4 cars total..two cars wide and two cars deep)
