You are a few minutes drive away from the Embassy Suites Dorado Beach and Golf Resort. The beach access is within our gated community.
You can walk along the beach and participate in the hotel amenities such as golf, shopping and other conveniences. Dorado is located on the north coast of the island of Puerto Rico just 20-30 minutes from San Juan, Old San Juan, and Plaza las Americas (the largest shopping mall in the Caribbean).
Relax and take in the tropical lifestyle and surroundings of this small quiet town. Dance the night away with Salsa rhythms or try your luck with many of the available casinos.
The weather is incredible, the water is pristine, the people are friendly, and the food is delicious.

Date of Stay: July 2009 Great Home I spent a week at this lovely home with my husband, 2 year old twins and my aunt and counsin. We loved the house - the small pool was perfect for the kids, and perfect for a refreshing dip while taking sun. The outdoor bbq and dining area served us well, as we entertained some friends and family who live in PR. And, the outside lounge area was a great place just to relax. The house is also located in a very convenient place, near shopping and dining. We would definitely look to return to this house in the future. TRP West Orange, NJ

Beautiful! - We recently enjoyed a short stay here and it was absolutely wonderful! The house is beautiful, it was open and airy, plenty of room for all. Very spacious, contemporary, beautifully decorated. The back patio with pool was so inviting and relaxing. You can have a good time here without even leaving the house. The owners are very gracious, very accomodating people. We didnt have any problems at all during our stay and definately look forward to our next visit to Puerto Rico so we can make a return stay here. if you get a chance, visit El Ladrillo Restaurant, pricey but so worth the experience of the food, the surroundings, the piano bar.. We enjoyed cooking in the fully applianced kitchen...sleeping in the comfortable rooms, enjoying the sounds of the coquis at night and during the day just taking in the scenery. My fiancé and I had a vacation of a lifetime in Puerto Rico. This house was is absolutely beautiful! From the moment we drove up we felt a sense of tranquility and relaxation. When you walk into the house you are greeted with the soothing sounds of a small water fountain tucked away nicely underneath the staircase. The house is equipped with every amenity I have at home which was very convenient. It was clean and decorated with a modern tropical style that complimented the home nicely. The house is very big with an open floor plan that gives it a nice flow. The outdoor pool area was my favorite part of the house. We spent countless hours sunbathing and relaxing by the pool sipping cocktails. The house is also conveniently located a short distance away from the Embassy Suites Hotel which has a beautiful secluded beach area as well as a nice bar area where you can get the best food and drinks! The people there were very friendly. On Thursday and Friday nights they have a salsa band playing there and there’s even a dance floor, it’s a ton of fun! The house is also located only a couple of blocks away from a grocery store and a Walgreens pharmacy. It is easy to get around the island, especially if you want to go to San Juan or Isla Verde, which is only a 20-30 minute drive from the house. We even drove to el Yunque which I highly recommend to anyone that goes to PR. There you will find the most spectacular views of the island and beautiful hiking trails. Overall we had an awesome time in Puerto Rico, the island is beautiful, the people are friendly and the house is amazing. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone that wants to have a fun and relaxing vacation in paradise. Recommended for: Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Girls Getaway, Adventure Seekers, Age 55+, Families with Young Children JOCC, Woodbridge, VA

This was a great spot for our visit to Puerto Rico. It was close enough to San Juan to do day trips and yet far enough from the tourist traps to be relaxing. We found that the beach was very beautiful and a pleasant walk, plus there was hardly anyone ever there! The yard was our favorite part of the house. The pool and outdoor furniture was perfect. Great value overall. Oh, and the lady who met us to let us in was lovely. Other than being late to meet us when we arrived, in every other way she went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She even came and took my mom and her friend to church with her family! All the people in Puerto Rico are this friendly. It's amazing. The only downside we found at the house is that the kitchen is a bit squishy. Oh, and the airfresheners were really strong and there were lots of them around!
