This family owned and utilized private residence is designed for single couples and or couples with children both young and old.

Shopping and a large variety of reasonable priced restaurants are within a 5 minute drive on the island as well as in nearby Fort Myers. There is a movie theatre as well as live theatre on the island. There are numerous nature reserves located on the island offering wildlife enthusiasts an experience they will never forget! There is golf and tennis and of course over 5 miles of white sand beach along the Gulf to dip your toes into. The walks along the beach and the unforgettable sunsets are memories you will cherish forever and a day!

Michael and Joanne Kilkenny are Canadians living in Toronto, Ontario, Canada who found the Sanibel Captiva Island area of Florida by accident over 25 years ago while on a short vacation to the Gulf Coast of Florida. Since that time they have vacationed every year in Sanibel/Captiva and watched their two children grow into young adults.
