Why the Owner Chose Shaver Lake
We built this house in Shaver Lake because we love the town and all of the activities year round in this area. It is deep in the very heart of the Sierras, yet so easy to get to.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin
Hiking, swimming, snowboarding, skiing, walking at the lake, huge meeting room set up for arts and crafts, and so many other things.
Owner's Map of Shaver Lake
David and Dottie Natal live in Lompoc, California when we are not in Shaver Lake. We spend as much time as we can in the mountains (especially when the surf is bad, since Dave is a surfer).

This is the perfect house! I rented the house for our first Scrap Retreat (scrapbooking) in November. The kitchen is perfect for large groups and everyone was able to eat together around the large dining table. The work area downstairs has great lighting for scrapbooking. The entire house, including the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. I was so impressed with the house that I am renting it again in April for my second Scrap Retreat!
