Very cozy and quaint with hardwood floors throughout, formal dining, front porch with morning sunlight, large rear covered patio with ping pong table and huge deck w/panoramic 360 degree city, hill, nightlight, ocean, sunrise & sunset views. This home is unique in that it sits at the top of the "pier-bowl" as we call it so the house is well oriented with both north-east and south-west facing views.
Small side yard and fenced for pets although small ones may require additional barriers. Extra parking in driveway with room for at least 3 if not 4 cars. Excellent location within minutes of the sandy beach or downtown.

I love San Clemente. I grew up in Los Angeles area and San Clemente and have lived and worked here since 1973. There are many things to do within minutes that can range from just sitting on the beach reading a book to taking the train to San Diego & Sea World, to going out deep sea fishing or shopping at the local shops. Every Sunday there is a farmer's market with lots of fresh organic fruits and veggies. There's evening art shows and entertainment on Avenida Del Mar which is within walking distance. Concerts on the beach regularly in the Summer are fun for everyone. San Clemente - Southern California's Best Kept Secret - LIVE IT - LOVE IT!
