Just 75 steps (I've counted) to the sandy shores of Lake Michigan. Beautiful resort with great indoor water park, restaurants and spa. Great fishing, boating, hiking and golf ALL walking distance or nearby.
A total of 1,242 square feet plus 165 square-foot covered porch with table and chairs located on first floor. This Villa features a master bedroom with Queen Bed and 27" TV, plus a master bath. The additional bedroom has a Queen Bed, bunk beds and 27" TV, and is adjacent to the villa’s second full bathroom. The Villa also features a full kitchen with breakfast bar area that seats four, as well as a dining area that seats six. The spacious great room features a living area with seating for six, 42" plasma screen TV and fireplace. Also included in the villa is a stacked washer/dryer unit, iron and ironing board, high-speed wireless Internet, in-room safe and access to pay-per-view movies and pay Nintendo Game Cube. Also includes wet bar, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, and access to pay-per-view movies and pay Nintendo Game Cube.

This was the vacation our family so desperately needed. The resort had the best of both worlds...accessible to nice dining and basic shopping options that a small city can offer while being located on the tip of a "peninsula" of where the river and lake meet. It's also a perfect day trip distance away from Door County, FondDuLoc and Milwaukee metro areas for a wonderful variety of daytime options. Of course the medium sized indoor water park ensures that any kids who come along are guaranteed some form of special entertainment regardless of the weather. The property is located only one lot away from the beachfront...this made the beach a very convenient 1 min walk away. The water park was only a few minutes walk. The condo unit itself was perfect for my wife and our 5 kids (the 3 yr old slept with who ever she laid down with that night). The only thing that frustrated us was how all the TV's were designed in way to not allow for game systems or personal dvd/video camera equipment to be played on them. Even if you had managed to connect your device by wire (we didn't bring anything because we were told they couldn't be used-but even if we had...) you could not have accessed the input menu to utilize the device. This just seemed like an unfortunate censorship of options that was no doubt designed to make it more likely for you to rent out of date Nintendo 64 (really?) or pay per view options. Of course, we---like any other family on a budget---did not order a thing so I don't see the benefit to anyone. Just would have made it nicer for our 3 year old who can't handle the water park for as long as the older ones and for the rest of the family in the evenings when we looked for things to watch together vs. choosing from fixed options on cable programming. Given the above was our only minor frustration (and sadly one you might deal with in just about any resort property rental) I hope you can see that this is a great property and even including the above minor critique is still nonetheless exactly as described on the site. omt...we found the owner to be extremely helpful, kind and accommodating. Ours was a last minute rental and his attention to our special needs was wonderful. If we rented a 2 bedroom condo at this resort again the only thing we would ask is if he had a lakefront property...even if he didn't, we would probably get the same one vs. risking a different owner we did not know on the lake. He was just that kind! Thanks!

What a beautiful villa. Warm, inviting and with all the comforts you would expect from a luxury resort. Resort staff were very friendly and helpful. Description of the villa and resort were right on. No surprises and was everything we expected and then some. The water park was the perfect size for the kids. Not too big and not too small. We were able to sit at a table and watch the kids play. Nice food choices at the resort and nice other dining options just across the pier. Deep "sea" fishing charters right at the harbor I highly recommend. Overall, great value for all that you get.
