My wife and I are owners of numerous condos mostly in the Midwest and Florida. Although the resorts rent our condos for us, we like to be a little more pro-active and help fill them as well with our guests. On the shores of Lake Michigan, this resort offers a commanding view of the lake. A total of 1,242 square feet plus 165 square-foot covered porch with table and chairs located on first floor. This Villa features a master bedroom with Queen Bed and 27" TV, plus a master bath. The additional bedroom has a Queen Bed, bunk beds and 27" TV, and is adjacent to the villa’s second full bathroom. The Villa also features a full kitchen with breakfast bar area that seats four, as well as a dining area that seats six. The spacious great room features a living area with seating for six, 42" plasma screen TV and fireplace. Also included in the villa is a stacked washer/dryer unit, iron and ironing board, high-speed wireless Internet, in-room safe and access to pay-per-view movies and pay Nintendo Game Cube.
