This is a warm, family friendly home to share with all your relatives or your friends. The loft is reached by a spiral staircase and the children love sleeping in it. There are exercise machines in the loft too.
There are two full kitchens, one in the main house and one in the guest house. Both kitchens have coffee pots, microwaves, stoves, ovens and are ready for use. There are dishes and glasses and silverware for more than 25.
Linens, towels, shower soap, clothes soap, hand soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, tissue, hair dryers, spices, coffee and much more are provided for your use and enjoyment. All you should have to bring are your personal items, toothpaste, shampoo, clothes.
There are three refrigerators with freezers, two dishwashers, at least two toasters, double ovens up stairs and a single oven in the guest house. Two barbecues on the deck, tables and chairs on two decks, horseshoe pit in the backyard, a basketball hoop on the driveway and a hot tub on the deck. Plenty of room to spread out for privacy and be together as a group when you want to. Many weddings and reunions are held here, it is the perfect place to share and create memories.

Year Purchased: 1994
I am retired and live in the Palm Springs area of Southern California. I retired to play golf and there is no better place in the winter to play golf than the desert. Unfortunately my health issues forced me to give up playing the game but I still enjoy my surroundings, family, grandchildren and travel. My wife, Diane, and I leave the desert every summer and head to Minnesota where we fight the mosquitoes but enjoy the cooler weather and family and friends that live there.

I built this home for myself and later when I retired I made it a vacation rental so I could come back and use it when I want to. What could be better than the lake activities, the mountain activities and the beauty of Lake Tahoe?
The Unique Benefits of this House
I love just sitting in my big living room and looking out the windows at the snow capped mountains while a roaring fire is going in the fireplace. Or, I love sitting outside on the deck under the stars, taking a hot tub soak and it is even better when the snow is falling. I also like hanging out on the deck and bar b-q'ing some great food, listening to a ball game on the TV and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. There are lots of unique features to my house and I enjoy them all.

I was there last Fall and love this time of year in Tahoe. We had a family reunion and because there was sleeping accommodations for our whole family, everyone stayed there. We all shared in cooking the meals; the kitchen is huge with plenty of dishes, glasses, pots & pans, bowls, etc; anything you could think you need, it was there. I loved the linens, the owners truly take pride in the quality of everything in this house. The apartment, that has three bedrooms was used by one family with small children and having the separate kitchen there was a life saver. We used the deck a lot of the time for afternoon appetizers while others used the hot tub; it is so relaxing. We have friends that I know will rent this property in the summer time as they love the lake activities. We plan on going back again this Fall. Just Love It!
