Welcome to Southbay by the Gulf. Southbay is a beachfront townhouse community right in the Heart of Destin. It is the most unique beachfront property in Destin. It has easy access fronting on Highway 98 and 300 feet of crystal white sandy beach.
It has a fresh water lake full of fish in the middle of the property. Our unit sits on the south side of the lake, steps from the beach. The unit is freshly renovated with new furniture and a complete kitchen.
There are two decks, top (full sun) and bottom (full shade) for your private lake side enjoyment. We love to sit on the decks at night and enjoy the serenity as well as the spectacular views. You will not be disappointed.
You park at the front door. No more carrying luggage and groceries across the parking lot and up the elevator. We bought this unit as our second home and we love it. There is a new washer and dryer in the unit for your use.

We live in Huntsville Al at the top of the state. We love the Destin area and Southbay. This was the second unit we owned in Destin and our last. We love this location.

We bought this unit as our retirement second home. We love Southbay and the lake units. We love to wake up and look out at the lake water, so serine. The parking at the front door is excellent. This is the special place on earth that we place to live in retirement. Stay in our unit and you will know why we chose this place. You will love it.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Parking at the front door is excellent. No more taking the groceries across the parking lot and up the elevator. Enjoy the lake from the bottom (shade) or top deck (sun). Walk out the front door across the parking lot to the pool or the beach. Enjoy 300 feet of crystal white beach at our complex and miles of white sand in each direction. We are close to everything in the Destin area.
