Year Purchased: 1995
This 1,800 square foot property has been in our family since it was built in 1985. My wife and I have owned it since 1995 and rented out as a year round residence. We decided to rent it seasonally for the first time in 2009. It has just been painted inside and out and furnished for your Summer vacation comfort. Check out the calendar for lots of availability.
Why the Owner Chose Harwich
Harwich is a great central location on Cape Cod and allows us the flexibility to spend our days at different beaches - ocean, sound, bay and lake. There are some wonderful public golf courses nearby in both Harwich and Brewster and Dennis.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The house is a pretty good size with ample room for everyone to stretch out. The proximity to the bike trail has been a great way to explore the Cape. For the avid cyclists, ride the trail all the way to Coast Guard Beach in Eastham! Great bike ride and absolutely beautiful ocean beach with some fun stops along the way. For families with smaller kids, take the bikes and "pond hop" - see how many lakes and ponds you can swim in in just a 5 mile round trip bike ride! Or for families with slightly older kids - bike to Nickerson State Park and explore the trails in there!
