Why book through a large management company and not know what quality of unit you will get? This top floor unit was fully remodeled in 2008 including granite counters and slate floors in the kitchen and dining area, new large gas fireplace, new travertine showers, floors and granite counters in all 3 baths. We took extra care, with the many upgrades, to make this feel like a home away from home. It is both comfortable and inviting. We have the largest floor plan available in the Rockies with over 1300 square feet of luxury living.
It has a large master suite with private bath that includes a brand new sink and vanity area. Large queen second bedroom with a full bath and over-sized loft with 2 queen beds and full bath. Ideal unit for a large family, two small families or 3-4 couples. The unit is on the top floor and has amazing views from every room. From the large exterior balcony you can see the sunset over Sleeping Giant in the distance. We also overlook a large open grass area for the kids to enjoy in both the winter and summer.
The ski area is a short walk (6-8 mins) away, or guests can take the free public bus that runs every 20 minutes. There are two newly renovated hot tubs and large pool to soak and relax after a day of enjoying Steamboat’s legendary champagne powder in the winter or hiking in the Routt National Forest in the summer.

Please, no smoking or pets. Sports team participants and individuals 23 years of age or younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians are not allowed in this privately owned unit. We do not provide daily housekeeping services, but additional services can be arranged for a fee.

My family stayed at this condo right after Christmas 2010. Accomodations are beautiful, well appointed and clean, and very comfortable for our family group of 8. Owner was very helpful and responsive to all my questions along with on-site condo management. We used the free bus service every day to go skiing and it was very convenient. Steamboat was very family oriented and casual and every restaurant we tried was yummy. Weather was very cold but we were nice and warm in our condo! Fire place was amazing. We cannot wait to go back and would highly recommend. Kids "Roughriders" ski school at Steamboat also a must!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
