Situated just above the Manzanita Golf Course allows avid golfers the ability to roll out of bed at 7:29am, walk to the golf course and be on time for the 7:30am tee time. While you golf, other family members can walk down to the beach or the nearby park to play tennis or basketball within five minutes. And the walk to shopping and dining in downtown Manzanita is less than 10 minutes. It is not uncommon to wake up and find deer grazing on the foliage around the house.
The house is loaded with plenty of spices and condiments that you are welcome to use, and the kitchen is large enough to accommodate several cooks if preparing meals for a large group.
Truly an ideal location with a very comfortable, homey feel with wonderful amenities. We have a big screen tv with a dvd/vcr player, stereo system and a huge video library to sift through - definitely something can be found for everyone to enjoy. As well, there are board games, jigsaw puzzles, books, magazines - plenty of things to entertain your group. And for those cold evenings we have a wood stove and plenty of firewood for you to use.

The Unique Benefits of this House
Two of my favorite things to do are soaking in the Jacuzzi tub and making a fire in the woodstove while watching a good storm roll in. Nearly every time I stay in Manzanita, I hike up Neahkahnie mountain. Some of the most gorgeous views in Oregon, and a relatively easy hike from the trail head.
