We are a family of three that enjoys the beach for our vacation. We are a small business owner in Atlanta, Ga. We have two dogs unfortunately pet's aren't allowed on our vacation home property. We like to have a comfortable home away from home. So, we completely remodeled our second home a year ago. Completely gutted the inside and went in with all new walls, plasmas, appliances etc...
Why the Owner Chose SeaSide Villas
A vacation rental in this location seemed natural. I grew up in South Carolina and spent a lot of time at this beach and when I was a teenager we use to actually rent places at Sea Side. I love the area. This seemed to be a natural progression.

The Unique Benefits of this Villa
Great thing about it is that when we park are car there we never have to get in it again during our stay. You are within walking distance of shopping, dining, putt-putt etc... Literally a 4 minute drive to Harbour Town. This is a great location bottom line.

This is a really great little place right on the beach on South Forest Beach. Very comfy bed, nice furniture and accessories. There are 2 small beds in the alcove, with built in DVD players. Plenty of kitchen ammenities. Washer & dryer down the hall. HUGE flat screen TV! Balcony has nice ocean view and the pool is out the front door. Just walk across the parking lot and you're on the beach. My teenage boys and I had such a good time in 2009, that we rented this same unit in 2010! Another family that was traveling with us rented a different unit down the hall and it was nowhere near as nice as this one. The owners, Cheryl and Michael are very easy to work with and very nice. I was able to reach them with a small issue and they helped out right away. This condo is very close to Coligny Circle, we walked down there for shopping and dining. Lots to do on Hilton Head, we would definitely come back to this unit again!
