Bright and cheery air-conditioned 2nd floor end unit at Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster, MA overlooking the 4th green/5th tee of the golf course. The condo sleeps 6 – king size bed in master bedroom, two twin beds in second bedroom, and full-size sleeper sofa in living room.
Only minutes to many excellent restaurants, theaters, shops and bay or ocean beaches. Weekly beach parking passes may be purchased from the Brewster Town Hall. The bike path is also accessible without leaving the resort for miles of biking/walking/jogging.
Please note that pool/tennis passes are not included with this rental. Although the Ocean Edge golf course is a private facility, there are several excellent public golf courses nearby.
You will need to provide your own linens and towels, but we have everything else you will need to have a relaxing, enjoyable time during your stay at the Cape. Our summer home is a strictly non smoking unit with no pets allowed.
Rentals are Saturday to Saturday with rates as follows: $1100/wk 6/27/09 – 9/12/09; $1000 other weeks. We require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation, with the balance and a refundable $350 security deposit due 30 days prior to your arrival.
