Villa Stela Maris is situated in Palmilla Norte, gated community, with one of the few safe swimming beaches within our gates.
Villa Stela Maris is a spacious 6,000 Square Foot home, 4 bedrooms, plus a sleeping alcove, Villa can accommodate up to 16 people. Our large pool overlooks the Sea of Cortez with breathtaking views. We overlook the 3rd Ocean Hole of Palmilla Golf Course which is a comfortable distance by foot or car from our Villa.
Our Property Manager/Chef will greet you upon arrival and will be available during your stay should any questions arise. He is also available for your culinary needs at an additional cost. Our Villa has 6 day maid service which is included.
This is a home for families, we have 10 grandchildren, or just couples, it has a comfortable feeling and will meet your special needs whatever they are.

We are an active couple, we live in the Mountains, with strong family ties. We enjoy skiing, etc. and enjoy swimming in the Sea and playing golf.
Why the Owner Chose Palmilla
We missed being on or near water. Cabo is a safe, friendly community. Unfortunately the media has overplayed the drug problem, which does not affect the Cabo area. We feel quite safe in Cabo and this area is as crime free as any area can be.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We can swim in the Sea of Cortez, play golf, mingle with other friendly people, Cabo has a large American, Canadian population. It is tranquil, the desert has a beauty all it's own, while still offering many social and physical benefits.
