We are very proud to be the owners of this beautiful 5 bedroom/3 bathroom villa which is located in a private and quiet gated community just minutes from all the Theme Parks.
The villa is mere minutes from Champions Gate and is also conveniently situated close to a Publix Supermarket, shopping plazas, restaurants and many golf courses.
I've rented many villas over the years and due to a bad back, fully understand the importance of needing comfortable bedding. Our first upgrade was replacing all the beds with quality mattresses and sheets so that our guests can be guaranteed a comfortable sleep during their stay. There are 2 beautiful master bedrooms each featuring a Queen size bed, a walk-in closet, shower with full bath, sink, toilet and an access door to the lanai covered pool and patio area.
There are 3 other good sized and beautifully decorated bedrooms. One having a twin bed with the other two each having a pair of single beds. A third full bathroom is conveniently situated to serve these 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own TV.
For your relaxation, the patio & pool area is furnished with sun loungers and chairs and the pool is also equipped with a removable pool fence for the security of small children.
Inside the villa, the kitchen, dining & living room areas have an open plan design which lends itself to a nice social atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cutlery, glasses, refrigerator, stove, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and much much more.
The living room has 2 comfortable sofas, one being a sofabed, with cable TV and a VCR & DVD.
For your convenience, there is also a washing machine and dryer with an iron & ironing board. Towels and linens are all supplied and our management company does a complete cleaning between occupants, looks after pool service and is available 24/7 for any emergencies during your stay.

Getting to this villa from the Airport is quite convenient. It is just off the I-4 at exit 58. There is just so much to do in the Orlando area all year round so there is never a dull moment. It is less than an hour's drive to get to the beaches in Tampa or Daytona Beach.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Even though living near Disney can normally have some traffic headaches, this property is quiet, private and away from all the hustle and bustle. If you like to golf, with over 150 golf courses within the Orlando area, you won't have any problem locating your favorite. I organize discount golf packages and have played over 60 of the local courses. If you need any help, feel free to contact me for your golf needs.

We had a wonderful time staying in this home. The house was very clean and comfortable to stay in. We had plenty of room with five bedrooms an three baths. It was nice having two master bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The neighborhood was very quite and peaceful. The pool was the best part of the home. After a long day at Disney it was nice to come back and relax by the pool with nice cool drink. The kids had fun swimming too. The home is very close to a Publix grocery store and a CVS drug store. The drive to the Disney parks was a very easy 15 minute drive. I would recommend this home to anyone who is visiting the Disney area. The owners were very nice and easy to work with. Thanks for the great Disney memories.

We stayed @ the house March 19-26th. The house was immaculate, very well taken care of. The pool was always clean and warm. Everything you wanted to do was right there, Disney, shopping, food, whatever you needed it was right there. The owner was very responsive to all of my questions and the week couldn't have gone smoother. We were a family of 4 with two girls ages 3 and 5. The house is plenty big enough for a couple more families. We will definitely be back. Thanks John.

Our family recently spent 9 nights in this home and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house was very clean, well appointed and very comfortable, especially the beds. The heated pool was always at least 85F and was clean and well maintained. Our children - ages 9, 7 and 7 - spent a great deal of time swimming and having fun. The property backs onto a conservation area so is very quiet and private. The entire neighbourhood is quiet and friendly. There is a Publix grocery store and a CVS pharmacy just a couple minutes outside the gates. Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios are are short drive away and access to I4 is just 5 minutes from the house. Our family had a great time here and will definitely return. Thanks John!

We spent 3 weeks at this location in February and really enjoyed it. We were a party of seven. The design of the property is well thought out, 2 master suites with private bathroom at one end of the house and 3 other bedrooms that share a bathroom at the other end of the house. We were close to Disney World and Universal Studios. Plenty of things to see in Orlando. Kennedy Space Center was about an hour and a half away. After a long day of visiting it was nice to come back to a quiet gated community and enjoy the heated pool. It was nice to be able to eat in instead of restaurants all the ime. Kitchen has everthing you need to prepare a homecooked meal. I would recommend this location.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

Wonderful house, especially for the price! Just a few exits down I-4 from Disney World. Very close to Publix market. Great wooded area behind pool makes for wonderful evenings listening to the sounds of the night.

We really enjoyed our stay in your home. It was confortable, close to Disney/SeaWorld, and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Highly recommend staying here to anyone who likes quiet, security, comfort, & closeness to theme parks.
