The two story duplex is beachfront with a direct beach access via walkway 2 doors down through dunes onto the sandy beach. There are two decks as well to enjoy the beautiful view of the water and beach. Ideal for walks or swims with a nearby nature conservatory location with dunes and sea there are great biking destinations as well.
Bikes, ocean kayaks, umbrellas and beach games can be conveniently rented nearby. There is a closet as well as a shower and fish sink on the ground level.
This is a large, recently refurbished home ideal for families, extended families and groups of friends. The house was designed to be open and spacious with lots of windows take advantage of the spectacular view.
It's a great place to get away from it all at a beautiful location while enjoying all the modern amenities of home (wireless Wi-Fi access, multiple cable TVs, stereo, DVD/VHS capability). Extensive upgrades just completed for the 2009 season including all new appliances, hard wood flooring, carpets, painting).
The top floor has three bedrooms and one bedroom downstairs: the master bedroom has a king bed with an extraordinary view of the beach and ocean. The second bedroom has a queen bed the third bedroom has two twin beds. The fourth bedroom downstairs has a queen bed; all bedrooms are equipped with cable TVs.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking full meals on the newly installed stove and microwave. The kitchen is also fully stocked with dinnerware and cutlery for 12. Enjoy the view, bar-b-quing on the grill and the relaxing atmosphere from the comfort of the several porch rockers on the deck.

In addition, all rentals require an additional cleaning/linen fee of $250.
