This two story beachfront duplex is located in the heart of Sunset Beach. Stroll two doors down through the sandy dunes onto the sandy beach. There are two decks to enjoy the speculator view of the water and beach or just relax in the rocking chairs and listen to the waves crackle upon the shore.
Ideal for walks, swims, rafting and even fishing by the pier! There is a fish sink located on the ground floor along with an ice maker in the kitchen to keep your caught fish fresh. Walk along the beach and observe where the sea turtles have nested. Bikes, ocean kayaks, umbrellas and beach games can be conveniently rented nearby. Biking early in the morning at sunrise or late in the evening at sunset is a memorable pastime of guests. There is a guest closet with chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards available for our guests. Also on the ground floor is a heated outdoor shower. Parking available for three cars under the house.
This is a large, very comfortable home that was recently refurbished. It is ideal for families, extended families and groups of friends. Enjoy games at the oversized Kitchen table or put together a challenging puzzle. The house is designed to be open and spacious with lots of windows to take advantage of the spectacular view.
It’s a great place to escape from it all at a beautiful location while still enjoying all the modern amenities of home. There is wireless Wi-Fi access, multiple cable TV’s ( a TV in every bedroom), stereo that is IPOD compatible, DVD/VHS capability. Extensive upgrades include new appliances, hardwood floors, carpets and paint.
The top floor has three bedrooms and one bedroom downstairs: the master bedroom has a king bed with an extraordinary view of the beach and ocean. The second bedroom has a queen bed the third bedroom has two twin beds. The fourth bedroom downstairs has a queen bed; all bedrooms are equipped with cable TVs.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking full meals on the newly installed stove and microwave. The kitchen is also fully stocked with dinnerware and cutlery for 12. Enjoy the view, bar-b-quing on the grill and the relaxing atmosphere from the comfort of the several porch rockers on the deck.
Myrtle Beach is 50 minutes away.

High Season: Weeks of June 9 Thru August 11th $2900/week
Value Season: Weeks of May 19, May 26,June 2, Aug 18, Aug 25, Sept 1. $2300/week
Low Season/Remainder of the Year .. $1350/week
In addition, all rentals require an additional cleaning/linen fee of $150.
Will Consider Long Term (30 Day Minimum) for Off Season.
Deposit $500 With Booking Plus $250 Damage Deposit Total $750.

I recently stayed here with my husband and 2 small kids (19 mos and 4 mos), plus another couple and their small child (20 mos). The setup was perfect for us. The decks have wonderful views, and we saw bunnies and even deer in the grasses between the house and the ocean! The house is not ridiculously large, but a good size for 2 families. Each bedroom has a bathroom, which provides great convenience and privacy. The master suite is very big, and was perfect for us to be able to keep our 4 month old in the room with us. There were sand toys for the kids. The living area is spacious and we ate breakfast on the deck each morning. If you like yoga, the deck off the master suite would be an ideal place to practice. The house had all the amenities you'd need, although we did end up buying another umbrella to have on the beach. Sunset Beach can be pricey, but because we have small children, paying for oceanfront access was totally worth it. There are 2 beach accesses about one house over, which was VERY convenient. We would stay there again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
