Nice, big and cozy! We visited 2 weeks ago with a group of 8 and had plenty of room. The fireplace is incredible. It's actually a built-in wood burning stove and easily heats the entire unit. With a larger group, we found the 2 block walk to the shuttle stop worked best. Shuttle seating was plentiful being towards the beginning of the red line, a nice change of pace from having to squish in and stand. The hot tub is bigger, hotter and closer than expected. l would definitely stay here again.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

My group and I (11 of us) had a great time at this house over New Years 2010/11. The house is easy to get to and there is ample parking outside. It's kept in great shape and has all of the accommodations necessary to have a good time. The bedrooms are nice and the loft with the 3 single beds is great. The living room and kitchen, although not necessarily huge, provide a great area for all the social activities you and your group may want to do. I'd definitely stay here again!

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This condo was roomy and perfect for our family and friends. We had a wonderful time over Thanksgiving taking in the view, and it even snowed on the last night of our stay. We are definitely planning on coming back.

The condo was great. Very clean, quiet, and has a terrific view of the sunrise off the balcony. Steve was very nice and helpful in getting us all set up for the weekend. The condo was very roomy and easily allowed for three couples to stay there and not even feel the least bit crowded. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the condo itself has a great TV, stereo, etc. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

Both my brothers family and mine had such a great time and having the park so close made it even better for the kids. We had a fabulous time over New Years at this #68 La Vista Blanc! The condo was roomie and well kept! the kitchen was the largest we've come in contact with since we began the Mammoth NYE tradition. Also, there is an adorable park right behind the complex, perfect for playing with kids or for taking a stroll. Lastly, it was a quick walk to Stop 19 and so we all made it easily to and from the mountain! Thank you so much for a great vacation and a venue for wonderful memories!

Very nice,clean and cozy, had everything you need in kitchen.Kids enjoyed own beds and game station. Close to all the great locations. We were invited by a relative who served as our guide since it was out first time in the mountains views are gorgeous. Top master bedroom needs locks for privacy from bedroom to bathroom. Would absolutely recommend to family and friends and definitely come back.

Fantastic condo to stay in! We used it in July 07 for our annual family trip to Mammoth. It's a perfect location...walking distance to the park and The Stove restaurant! There was plenty of room for everyone. Loved the loft area for the kids too. We had four adults and three kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. Loved the new tv and couch...very comfy. Steve is awesome to work with and we plan on using his condo again this year in 2008. Thanks Steve and family!!!!

Fresh powder, beautiful weather, cozy condo... who could ask for more? Our little ones (one whom is autistic) loved sledding on the snow hill created in the parking lot next to the park! They were also thrilled with the video games in the loft (as was the 18 year old!). We had plenty of room and a great view of the park. Very close to everything... I even walked from the village to the condo! Thanks, Steve, for mailing my daughter's Christmas blanket... you really went beyond the call to find it! We all had a wonderful experience and memories to last a lifetime.

Hi Steve, Thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo. It was perfect for our families (4 adults and 5 kids). Everything we needed was there. Even an extra hair dryer when mine gave out! It was so nice to have a place to play in the snow right out back. Thursday it snowed all day with lots of wind. Our time outside was limited, but we enjoyed staying in with the beautiful view, and the Nintendo and big TV to keep the kids (and adults) happy. We would definitely like to return in the future. Steve~ Everything went like clockwork, we had no problems getting the key or checking out. As you said the condo is conveniently located next to Mammoth Creek where several of us fished, and also walked the bike path. Also very nicely located for excellent views and quick trips to "Von's" The condo itself was roomy enough for 10 of us, and at an excellent price. We had absolutely no problems with the accomodations. Thank-you for allowing us to spend time there. We will keep it in mind for next time. KDB

We really enjoyed our Memorial Day holiday at the Ball's condo. The location for us is ideal- close to town so our teenagers could walk to Starbuck's, right next to a park with a playground for our granddaughter, and just a quick drive to Von's to pick up groceries. Since we cooked most of our meals, we appreciated the new appliances and great cookware. Wish I had that dishwasher! There were plenty of beds for our large family. It is a rarity to find two king beds in one condo. All in all, we had a great time in Mammoth. All of the details of reserving the condo and getting the keys worked very smoothly. We stayed in your very nice condo for a weekend in March. It was quite comfortable for all 8 in our group and the location, right on the bus line, was terrific. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the folks in the complex. All in all, a great homebase for a fun ski weekend! Thanks so much.

My family and I have rented your condo a few times now. As usual, we enjoyed our recent stay in your charming condo very much. We love the location of your place--it's conveniently located and it's so easy to find--unlike other condos in Mammoth! It's an easy walk to restaurants and shops, too. The view from the living room is gorgeous and a perfect place to watch the sun rise. I especially love the kitchen upgrades you've made. I wanted to take the stove home with me! It heats up so fast. Mountain cooking is so easy with your new range. We love everything about your condo. The size is perfect. There is always enough beds, and everyone is quite comfortable, no matter how many people we have. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. We'll be returning soon!

Very nice condo! Very close to the grocery store and shopping areas...and the ski mountain is an easy drive up the hill. Kitchen has nice upgrades. Overall, we were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone!

The view off the deck was spectacular! The field below woth the trail to the creek made a great place for morning walks with our dog. The leaves wer just beginning ot turn yellow and we had snow just before we left (Sept 19)The location made walking to the stove and many other eateries a breeze. We caught plenty of fish and enjoyed the spa in the evenings. The bed was comfy an we had plenty of R & R. We look forward to staying again.

Hi Steve, Everything was great! We really enjoyed our stay. Checking in and out was very simple and painless. There was ample space for our active group of 6 adults and a little one. We made use of the dinnerwear and the barbeque. Several guests commented that the beds were comfortable, a rarity for a hotel or rental. I especially enjoyed the soft comforters. The decor was eclectic and intriguing to say the least. The location was convenient. We did a lot of walking. We also thought that the price was quite fair especially since we are all on teacher's budgets. Basically, I think it surpassed all of our expectations and we would like to rent again at some point in the future. We'd like to thank Steve for being so accomodating. This condo was perfect for our annual ski getaway. It is well stocked with all the essentials and more. Location is ideal and convenient to slopes and restaurants in town. Just steps away from a great whirlpool hot tub. I would return there anytime.

We had the opportunity to stay in this lodge and couldn't have been happier. The kids loved having the loft area "All to themselves" with their own TV and video games. The kitchen was well equipped and tons of cupboards for our food storage. The bathrooms were really clean (a major plus). We went during the late summer, so we didn't use the fireplace, but what a great set-up it would have been. A very comfortable living room area to relax with the family after a long day of hiking in the beautiful nearby mountains. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay...we definitely recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay in Steve's condo. It was a welcome break from hotels during our vacation, and the location was perfect - close to the many recreational actvities in the area and shopping/conveneinces, yet very quiet. We were lucky to have a beautiful view of the full moon from the balcony during our stay. Communications with Steve and the rental agency were great. I would definitely recommend this condo.

We loved this place and can't wait to go back again. The location is perfect especially if you have kids...just a short walk to the park. We took our dog and loved getting up early and taking walks along the creek. The Condo is set up perfectly for a family vacation. Your kids will love the loft. And it is close to the pool and jacuzzi . Steve was great and the whole reservation and check in process was flawless. Have already recommended this place to our friends!

We had a great time staying in this condo. The unit was clean and roomy and within a short walk to the creek, park, museum, shopping, and riding stables. There were ten of us in all, and we were very comfortable. Steve Ball, the owner, was courteous and prompt in making arrangements for our stay. It was a relaxing and enjoyable vacation for all of us.
