Dillon Beach is a small beach community located one hour north of San Francisco on the border of Marin and Sonoma Counties. Aside from the number of beautiful beaches lovely back roads to explore, there are lots of things to do in the area.
We are within a short drive of many Sonoma County wineries and just an hour from the Napa Valley. Historic Petaluma and Point Reyes National Seashore are just thirty minute drives.
The house is bright and spacious with a comfortable floor plan. The house is split level.
Entry level: Enclosed entry area, 2 car garage, master bedroom, private master bathroom, half bathroom, living room (satellite TV/DVD), kitchen, dining areas, full laundry room, and an outside deck with outstanding views. The entry floor is fully accessible.
Downstairs: ½ kitchen, 2 full bedrooms, sitting area (TV/DVD), full bathroom, side hall w/two single beds.
This a wonderful beach house for medium sized gatherings.
The beach is a 5 minute walk from the house or a short drive to a beach access parking lot.

Although the beach is a fairly short drive from our main residence, we feel we are on vacation every time we are there. It is very quiet with spectacular unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean and Point Reyes National Seashore.
