Year Purchased: 2004
We are the Shafer's. Mike and Kristi. We live in Orange California. This house was purchased for retirement. However, We are not ready to retire. Our kids are in high school and become very busy. This make trips to the river more difficult. We rent the house out to offset some of the expenses associated with it.
Why the Owner Chose Bullhead City
We purchased this house for our retirement. Also, we are not able to use it as much as we would like to. This lets us have the opportunity to generate income to offset the expenses.
The Unique Benefits of this House
You will be staying in a house on the Colorado River. There is a boat dock with a beach. The water is deep enough during the night to leave the boat in.
