Our home is situated in the beautiful artist community of Laguna Beach, California. The home as striking panoramic views of Victoria Beach, and the Pacific Ocean, with vistas out to Catalina Island and beyond. Victoria Beach is approx. 2 miles south of the historic downtown village. The home is terraced, with three levels, all with fantastic ocean views. We have an electric golf cart that is included in the rental for easy access to the beach, and to carry all those towels, chairs, and beach toys.
The first level of the home is the garage and workshop area. The next level up is the main floor, which consists of the living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, bedroom and bath, office/guest room, and laundry area. The kitchen is very open to the main living spaces and has all stainless steel appliances. This level has spectacular ocean and sunset views with a large balcony for entertaining with also an outside dining table and four chairs.
The top level is the family room and master suite with fireplace. The family room is large with beautiful windows and french doors which open out onto the rear garden area with seating and a warm fireplace for cool nights. The master suite and bath are beautiful. California king size bed with a fireplace and retreat. The master bath has two sinks with stone completely surrounding the area.
A large window opens out toward the Pacific Ocean with a large soaker tub and shower area. The master suite has it's own private large balcony, with the most gorgeous views up and down the Laguna Beach coastline. The home is entirely lit by dimmers and has a warm comfortable feeling. Our home is exceptionally clean and inviting.
The rear garden has a fire pit with chairs and bench seating. There is also a wood burning fireplace that is very warm and cozy for evening alfresco dining. This home was featured in the prestigious Laguna Beach Summer Home Tour of 2004.
