A beautiful beachside home in exclusive Pirates Beach with three bedrooms, two baths located on the second, and third levels. The ground floor has a bedroom with two bunk beds and a television. It has a separate entrance perfect for another couple or teenagers.
With colorful, attractive decor and a relaxed atmosphere, this home provides an ideal setting for a great beach vacation. The main level features an open floor plan; the living, dining and kitchen areas flow together.
In the living area, there are hardwood floors. This area is comfortably furnished with couches and chairs. The entertainment center contains a large high definition television and a Yamaha A/V receiver. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances for entertaining. The dining area seats 8 with additional seating at the bar. Also on this level, are two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Upstairs, on the third floor, is a spacious master bedroom and bath . French doors open to a private deck. It is a perfect place to relax with a drink or morning coffee while watching the waves.
There are three decks for outdoor entertaining and relaxing. The front deck, off of the living room, is covered, while the rear second level and the private third level deck are uncovered and are great for catching some rays. The rear second level deck overlooks a large backyard that is perfect for outdoor games.
The ground level has an entertainment center with television and stereo. Additionally, there is a grill, table, chairs, and a porch swing for entertaining and relaxing.
When you're ready to get some sand between your toes, the beach is only 1 block away.
Renters will have access to play golf, tennis, swim and eat at Galveston Country Club.

My husband and I have two married daughters and 4 grandchildren who live in Houston We all love spending family time together at our beach house. The grandchildren enjoy all the fun things Galveston has to offer including surfing.
Why the Owner Chose Pirates Beach
My 2 daughters grew up going to Galveston every summer and have great memories from those times. As a grandmother, I hope to create those same memories for my grandchildren.

Our beach house has such a comfortable and relaxing feel for families and for guest you would like to entertain. We have really enjoyed the short walks to the beach and being able to go to Galveston Country Club and swim.

Stayed during the week after Xmas 2011. The house met expectations and exceeded some. This is a well kept home in a nice street at walking distance from the beach. We were 10 including family and relatives and were well accommodated in the house.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers.
Family of 14's week of fun in the sun.

We loved the house!! We would of had more room if we would of had 12 people not 14. The beach is just a block away and it was an easy walk there everyday it was so beautiful too. The beach was so peaceful at the beginning of the week but by friday there was alot of people which was alot of fun. We brought a canopy so we could take it to the beach all we needed was some lawn chairs. There was an outdoor shower and the house is exactly like the pictures. We really did love it!! The owners were so helpful with any concern that we had. We really did not want to leave, if we could of stayed there forever it would of been perfect. We are planning our trip for next year already.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. The home is lovely and is in a wonderful neighborhood. There is ample living space inside with a large workable kitchen and dining room that opens to the family room. The decks make great outside living areas that are wonderful for a large family. The beach is just down the street and is very nice. Our family would recommend this home and we plan on coming again.
