This newer, luxury condominium is ready for you to walk in and enjoy. The beautiful views of the McDowell Mountains will provide relaxation after a day on one of the two, critically-acclaimed, daily fee, golf courses that are within the community.

Pinnacle Peak to the north and the city of Scottsdale to the South are just a short drive away. Fashion Square Mall and the Desert Market Place provide some of the best shopping in the greater Phoenix area. Cultural activities can be enjoyed year round.

If you do not want to eat out at one of the many nearby restaurants, you can prepare a meal in your fully-equipped kitchen. After dinner you can watch TV or enjoy the views.

Retire to your king-sized bed in your tastefully-appointed, master suite. The second bedroom has two twin beds and its own bathroom. The den can be used as an office or for extra sleeping with a desk and a queen-size, futon.

  • This is a Five Star Condo! Extremely well equipped, just like being home... every detail was thought of by these considerate owners. Extremely clean, convenient to restaurants and shopping. Also, very private with views of gorgeous sunrises with mountains in the background. This was a vacation to remember....we WILL be back. Thanks.

  • This condo is comfortably furnished, and my impression is that the owners will make every effort to upgrade as they go along. Having an internet connection was a big plus for us, and the pool and workout room just down the street are outstanding. Grayhawk is a great location for shopping, restaurants, Taliesin West, and West World, and you can walk miles without ever leaving the gated community. We would definitely consider staying here again and want to compliment the owners and their on-site managers (sister and brother-in-law of owners) for their helpfulness and friendliness in meeting our needs (a BBQ grill was delivered during our stay). They made a very strong effort to insure that we were comfortable and felt welcome.

    Enjoyed a pleasant stay with exceptional weather (10 degrees hotter than usual). Found the condo to suit all our needs and was convenient to all things. We really enjoyed lunch at the TPC if you like golf it"s a great view with very good food. We stayed here (in the condo){from the previous owners-comment by new owner} last year so needless to say we are very happy. The additional kitchen items were welcomed as was the enjoyable seats on the upper patio. Oct. 2003 (taken from the guestbook at the condo)
