Our latest addition is a split system air conditioner that you control by remote control. It cools the condo quickly – even in Maui’s hottest summer months – and it is oh, so quiet!! Some other condo air conditioners are hotel style models where you have to decide between cool comfort and trying to sleep over the rumble of the a/c, but not here. We like to eat out at restaurants too – our guest information book inside the condo gives you tips on some of our favorites - but unlike staying at a hotel, eating out is no longer the only choice. - Air Conditioning : Our Split System Air Conditioner was just installed. It is much quieter than many other models. Adjust the temperature by an easy to use remote control. There are 2 separate units - one in the living room & one in the bedroom - that can be set at different temperatures all at the touch of a button. The air conditioner is efficient and good for the environment! It cools the condo very quickly so there is no need to leave the air conditioner on while you are out for the day. Of course, the plumeria scented breezes are always nice too, so you may find that you don't need the a/c at all. The choice is up to you!
- Linens Provided : Full linens, including kitchen, bath & beach towels are all provided in the condo for your comfort & convenience.
- Washer : There is a full size washer located off of the guest bath hallway.
- Dryer : There is a full size dryer (washer/dryer stack) off of the guest bath hallway.
- Off Street Parking : Wailea Ekahi Village parking is un-numbered (open parking) and you may park in the nearest available space to building 17. You are required to check in at the Wailea Ekahi Village AOAO Office to pick up a parking pass to display in your car during your stay. Information for parking & check in will be provided in your final vacation rental packet when payment in full has been received.

- Shared Pool : There are 4 pools conveniently located throughout Wailea Ekahi Village. 3 are considered quiet pools - mostly for lounging, relaxing & taking a quick dip to cool off. The main pool, sometimes referred to as the family pool, is adjacent to the beach and has bathroom & shower facilities, a bbq area & a large pavilion with full kitchen.

- Gas/Electric BBQ Grill : There is an electric BBQ grill out on our spacious lanai. We love it! You can grill without ever having to worry about running out of propane while cooking dinner!!
- Lanai : Our spacious lanai (covered patio) runs almost the full length of the condo and can be accessed from the living room & master bedroom slider doors. Whale watching from our lanai late fall through late spring and enjoy the weather year round. Whether grilling out, eating, relaxing on the chaise lounge, or watching the sunset, the lanai is a favorite gathering spot for everyone.

- Beachfront : Wailea Ekahi Village is located on Keawakapu Beach, a long sandy beach that is great for lounging, body boarding, snorkeling and diving. The sand is soft and has long time been a favorite beach of Maui residents.
- Ocean View : Our rental condo, 17E, is located on the bluffs in the center of Wailea Ekahi Village. You are away from all the neighboring roads of Wailea and have amazing ocean & sunset views.

- Telephone : A telephone with answering machine is located within the condo. All local calls (within the island of Maui) are free of charge. Please use a calling card or cell phone for long distance calls.

This condo was perfect!! The view of the ocean from the lanai is outstanding and this condo is a short walk to an awesome beach that is never crowded. It is decorated beautifully and has all the kitchen amenities you will need along with a barbeque to cook some of the awesome local fish. We enjoyed many meals on the lanai and enjoyed all the wonderful Maui sunsets. The location of this condo is perfect...it has lots to see and do close by but is not the crowded side of the island. About 20 minutes from the airport with lots of great restaurants to chose from. My family and I had an awesome vacation and we absolutely loved this unit. We will be back!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+.

This was a very nicely appointed condo with everything you may need. It was clean, appealingly decorated and looked like recently updated. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets each evening from the deck and cooked several meals on the barbeque I would like to stay here again and would recommend it highly.
