This elegant waterfront villa is new and is available today. Much attention to detail has been afforded this property which has been professionally decorated with custom made window treatments and beautiful hand made furnishings. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking endeavor and a gas grill is just outside. There is also an herb garden on the property available for guest use. Outdoor dining for 12 on one of the porches or by the pool is a nice feature.
Four master suites are beautifully appointed and each has a large screen LCD TV with SAT as well as the living room, and 2 DVD players. Wi-Fi is throughout the home. Many activities within walking distance include tennis, fitness facility, marina, charter boats, restaurant, beaches, sailing, community pool. All of these activities are offered within the gated community of February Point.
Water and land taxis can take you to several restaurants for eat-in or take-out meals. George Town has 2 grocery stores that can be accessed by taxi or walking.
