The location is extremely private, having beach access to both Shark's cove and the incredible white sand beach known as Ke Iki Beach.
The home is perched on a protected lave rock point with unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean framed by the North Shore coastline from Waimea Bay to Kaena Point. During the summer months a spectacle of hump back whales and spinner dolphins can be visible in front of the house and the winter brings the world famous power and awesome sized surf all of which can be witnessed from this vantage point.
The house is built on a 17,500 square foot oceanfront lot. The floor plan is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bath and 2 half bath home which includes a master office and a nanny's quarter/guest office. The home has covered lanais and an extra large garage. The design style is a luxurious modern home.
A spectacular garden entry with 8 natural limestone indoor planters lit by 5 large skylights capture the ocean view the minute you enter the home. The kitchen, living and dining are all part of the grand room that opens to the rich green ocean lawn bordered with tropical tiki torches for evening ambience.
The master bedroom is a 1200 square foot room with a large walk in closet and an executive office. The master bathroom features a double vanity sink, state of the art walk in shower including body spray, rain shower and hand held showers. It is completed with an aromatherapy tub placed strategically to fully captivate the breathtaking view of the pacific ocean.
The floor coverings throughout the house are limestone and Brazilian teak. In the kitchen, all appliances are Subzero and Wolf. The counter tops are a blue green granite from Italy. The custom lighting is cool and allows complete control over mood captivation.

The oceanfront setting is ideal for privacy yet the sandy beach is just steps away. To the left is a popular snorkeling spot with many tide pools for exploring during calm seas yet during winter swells the crashing waves are majestic and awe inspiring. To the right is the entrance of Ke Iki Beach and the start of North Shore's 7 mile miracle in which famous Banzai Pipeline and Sunset Beach are situated. During calm seas, Ke Iki Beach is a wide sandy beach ideal for our favorite activities including sunbathing, people watching and shelling.
