The property is a newly built oceanfront custom modern designed home. It is located on the coastline in front of famous conservation diving area known as Shark's Cove on Oahu's famed North Shore. The location is extremely private, having beach access to both Shark's cove and the incredible white sand beach known as Ke Iki Beach.
The home is perched on a protected lave rock point with unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean framed by the North Shore coastline from Waimea Bay to Kaena Point. During the summer months a spectacle of hump back whales and spinner dolphins can be visible in front of the house and the winter brings the world famous power and awesome sized surf all of which can be witnessed from this vantage point.
The house is built on a 17,500 square foot oceanfront lot. The floor plan is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bath and 2 half bath home which includes a master office and a nanny's quarter/guest office. The home has covered lanais and an extra large garage. The design style is a luxurious modern home.
A spectacular garden entry with 8 natural limestone indoor planters lit by 5 large skylights capture the ocean view the minute you enter the home. The kitchen, living and dining are all part of the grand room that opens to the rich green ocean lawn bordered with tropical tiki torches for evening ambience.
The master bedroom is a 1200 square foot room with a large walk in closet and an executive office. The master bathroom features a double vanity sink, state of the art walk in shower including body spray, rain shower and hand held showers. It is completed with an aromatherapy tub placed strategically to fully captivate the breathtaking view of the pacific ocean.
The floor coverings throughout the house are limestone and Brazilian teak. In the kitchen, all appliances are Subzero and Wolf. The counter tops are a blue green granite from Italy. The custom lighting is cool and allows complete control over mood captivation.
The property is a real treat for vacationers. The home and location provides both privacy and at the same time convenience for a perfect holiday getaway.

To the left is a popular snorkeling spot with many tide pools for exploring during calm seas yet during winter swells the crashing waves are majestic and awe inspiring. To the right is the entrance of Ke Iki Beach and the start of North Shore's 7 mile miracle in which famous Banzai Pipeline and Sunset Beach are situated. During calm seas, Ke Iki Beach is a wide sandy beach ideal for our favorite activities including sunbathing, people watching and shelling. This rental exceeded our expectations - we stayed 2 weeks with various family members and had an amazing time. The master suite was exceptional - love the modern bathroom and the lanai and extra space/bed in the attached office. The seamless indoor/outdoor living between the kitchen/dining room/living room and flat grassy yard was priceless for our 2 1/2 year old and cousins. We look foward to coming back next year! We were able to walk onto the beach to the right (the start of pipeline), snorkel in sharks cove on the left, and walkable to the large grocery store and even to waimea bay! (Our favorite beach)

House was outstanding! Loved being able to walk a short three minutes to great snorkelling at Sharks Cove. Loved all the modern ammenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. Electric screens for the back doors were an outstanding feature of the house. They allowed the ocean breezes to flow through the house while keeping the bugs out. Devin was extremely responsive. He answered the phone every time that I called and answered our questions immediately. I have already recommended this property to a friend.

The home was wonderful. We had a family reunion for our parents' golden anniversary, and it exceeded everyone's expectations. The sweeping ocean, mountain, and beach views from the backyard were amazing from all angles...with so many options, we couldn't decide where to stand for the family photo in the backyard! We loved the convenient access to the beach for morning walks as the sun rose. The house was very spacious and modern with high end fixtures and appliances. Ke Iki Beach is one of the best kept secrets on Oahu.

No “suprises” when we arrived; the home was as advertised. Very large, spacious, and high-end. I appreciated the cleanliness when we checked in. No complaints, we will certainly be back on our next trip to Hawaii.

We stayed here for our wedding and held a reception at the home. It was a perfect location for our small wedding party with the beautiful view, the beach, and the luxurious surroundings. It was very high-end and felt very special. My husband and I stayed several days after the wedding and the home was great for our honeymoon. The owners were very helpful with working with our needs for the event and let us visit the home several times prior to our arrival so that we had plenty of preparation. I really appreciated their help and we really did think the house was extremely beautiful.

If you want a “WOW” experience, this is the house for you. This luxury house was worth every penny; I felt like a celebrity staying there. It’s a beautiful location, right on the beach at the North Shore, and the home itself is decked out with beautiful furnishings. It was great for our large family with lots of room to spread out. Every inch of the home is clean, beautiful, and luxurious. We loved it!

Unique house with terrific design for the site. The location could not be better with amazing attractions on the oceanfront lava. Easy access to the beach (short walk for the able). We of course toured the entire North Shore, however it always seemed better back at the house. The house is enormous but there are only three suitable private bedrooms and one small private room with an over/under day bed arrangement with two single mattresses. We had eight people that maxed the privacy envelope with two people cramped in the small room, but beyond eight, expect more than two people per room. Otherwise you can't go wrong. The reservations were easy and the Owner is very accomodating and easy to work with. We had a most relaxing and enjoyable stay. Neighbors are nice as well.

The home was superior! We enjoyed a nice range of activities that were right outside our back door, from tidepooling to enjoying miles of white sandy beach. The home was meticulously maintained and very modern and spacious. We're coming back!

Wow, this place was amazing. I could not believe how cool this property was. I felt like a millionaire staying in the home. It was very spacious. I loved the fact that I could get up in the morning and sit on an amazing beach. The snorkeling was pretty awesome as well. It was a nice vacation and I loved that we didn't have to drive anywhere during our stay. The beaches in the back yard were as good as they get. The store was also only a short walk so we were able to buy feed etc. I would recommend this property for anyone who wants a high end up and a great price.
