Welcome to Casa Soleada, our private home on beautiful Tankah Bay. Our newer villa is a large 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom multilevel home with over 4000 square feet of newly constructed living space designed for comfort and relaxation. Enjoy panoramic ocean views from all living areas and outdoor patios.
Each of the 4 large bedrooms is furnished with a plush king-size bed, private bathroom, large closet, air conditioning and an ocean-facing balcony. Two of the bedrooms also have bunk beds. There is an on-site caretaker and daily maid service is provided.
The villa has a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, rich wood cabinetry and culinary cookware. There is a comfortably furnished indoor living/dining area, and a relaxing ocean-facing tile-roof patio with a BBQ grill for outdoor dining. The large outdoor pool area is ideal for sunbathing and relaxation. Enjoy the gentle sea breezes and the wonderful views of the enchanting turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.

Spectacular week in Tankah

Just enjoyed another fabulous week in Tankah, this time staying in Casa Soleada. This new villa is stunning and no comforts have been overlooked. The rooms are spacious and the attention to detail and decoration is perfect. The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful with all requests. The gourmet kitchen complete with Margarita maker is superb. My party of six absolutely loved the breakfasts and dinners cooked by Edith and Odalis. Be sure to have the ceviche, it's to die for. We also thoroughly enjoyed and can reccommend the: Chiles Rellenos, Sopa de Lima, and Chicken Enchiladas with salsa verde. Don't forget to have the flan! Also, the guacamole and salsa were excellent. The snorkeling in the bay is easy and there's lots of fish and rays to see. Don't miss snorkeling Manatee Cenote either. This property is first rate all around, especially with Yobany's lovely landscaping. We are already planning to return soon!

We have been home a week now from our wonderful vacation at Casa Soleada and I already wish we had stayed longer. What a beautiful villa and setting. We did it all..snorkeling, kayaking, beachcombing, day trips, and it felt so good to come back to our own place in the sun to relax and enjoy. We marvel at the concept of vacation rental complete with housekeeping; and Edith and Odalis are such good cooks! Yobany kept the grounds spotless and groomed to perfection while attending to every need. Such nice people, all. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will definitely be back again.

First, let me say that Casa Soleada is a BEAUTIFUL home. We have stayed at several homes on Tankah Bay and feel Casa Soleada is the BEST. I appreciated the variety of kitchen accruements…we wanted for nothing. It was GREAT to have scissors!! The margarita maker was an excellent touch! Our group consisted of kids and grandkids…3 generations and we ALL had a glorious time at Casa Soleada. When Saturday arrived, the grandkids were looking for ways to extend their stay…suffice it to say…we will definitely return for future visits! Thank you so much for providing such a great home on a fantastic beach.

We were fortunate enough to be the first guest ever to stay in Casa Soleada. What a pleasant surprise! The house is impeccable and the view out back is simply incredible. there were only two of us staying there for the week, but we could have easily had a large group and still had plenty of room to relax. Very close to Tulum, which was a nice surprise in itself: Mayan ruins, spectacular beaches, friendly bars and shops. The security for the beach road made us feel quite safe, and the guards knew us on sight within the first day. Best vacation we have had in a long time!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is perfect for families, couples, girls or guys get-aways. The bedrooms were spacious and the private bathrooms were a spoil. I made a point of sitting at each of the 4 beautiful dining spaces. Besides the house, verandas and beach, we felt spoiled by the caretakers Edith and Jobani. Fresh guacamole and salsa, the breakfasts and the dinners were a treat. The outdoor massages services were great as well. I look forward to a return visit.

What a place! We drove up and I thought "we get to stay here ALL week!". It was beautiful. The beach was the best in the area. The house was set up to perfection. Edith and Yobani were very accomodating and made the most amazing Chile Reyanos!!!! We brought our 2 young kids and they had a BLAST! It's truly perfect for Families. We will definately be back..hopefully sooner than later! Thanks so much for sharing your home!
