Enjoy this 2 BR 2 Bath condo with fantastic Gulf and Bay Views from every room and on the 28ft balcony.
We get the morning sun and afternoon shade so you can enjoy morning coffee and shaded afternoons on the balcony. Enjoy the unobstructed views and sounds of the ocean and the fantastic coastline view all the way to Panama City! All rooms have balcony access due to the unique floorplan of this unit. Our interior is all tile flooring with carpeted bedrooms, new comfortable and family friendly furniture.
The huge master bedroom includes a king size bed, 36” TV with DVD player, walk-in closet, desk, sitting chair, ceiling fan and large master bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has queen bed with large closet and a ceiling fan, hanging flat screen TV. Second bathroom has tub/shower combo.
The new living room furniture features a new sofa that opens into a queen-size sleeper bed a love seat and a leather rocker recliner. Plasma TV DVD combo and a VCR a supply of DVD’s and VHS for all ages, games and puzzles, coloring books crayons and cards for your enjoyment. Dining room has mirrored walls which provide a great view from all 6 seats. The fully-equipped kitchen has current appliances, large fridge with icemaker and everything you will need for cooking and/or entertaining. Breakfast nook with table with 2 chairs with great Gulf views.
We offer FREE Beach Service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella). We also have 2 extra beach chairs you can take to the beach, sand toys and boogie board.
Surfside offers FREE WIRELESS INTERNET connection and a CLUB QUALITY FITNESS room with equipment.

We just returned from a four night stay (10/24/10) and could not have been more pleased with the accomodations we found. You almost never want to leave the room because of the fantastic views from every room. Being there in Oct was great. The weather was beautiful (mid 80's in the day with cool breezes in the evening). I think we had the whole 14th floor to ourselves. Everyone there was quite friendly and the entire complex was emaculatly cleaned everyday. Had a great experiance and will do it again as soon as possible. Thanks a million to our owners for such beautiful accomcdations at such a reasonable price. Bill & Mrya R

This condo was amazing. steps away from the beach. The condo was very clean and Billie was very helpful we arrived during the tragedy of the gulf oil spill.we didn't see a drop of oil. If you ask Billie will give u links to attractions that are close by

My family and I spent a week here and would highly recommend it. Everything was as described and everything that we needed was there. The beach is within walking distance, and shopping is close by. But the view was more beautiful than words can explain. You will not be sorry that you stayed here.

This was truely my best vacation ever !!! The condo is so very nice and the veiws are spectacular. This condo has it all , dining in house with excellent food,a massage therapist available and wonderful nearby shopping. Don't miss this vacation spot !!!
