Crystal clear fresh water with shared sandy beach and gradual water decline. Perfect for children and families. Newly decorated with Ocean blues and Island colors. One bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Will fit a crib or cot as well. Cookout on the large deck and enjoy eating at the table covered with a blue striped awning overlooking the water. All rooms have ceiling fans. Living room has new crank out windows for evening breezes.

Nearby: Huge water park (Water Wiz) , miniature golf, home made ice cream at Nana's, awesome Mark Anthony's pizza delivery, loads of antique stores to poke in, bike or walk Cape Cod Canal. 20 minutes from Plymouth Rock, Plymouth Plantation, whale watching, and deep sea fishing. Wonderful local seafood and chowda. Beautiful Atlantic Golf course down the street as well as horse back riding. Horse shoes, volleyball, puzzles, Scrabble all provided. House has tile shower no tub but kitchen sink is big enough to rinse off a toddler. Quiet family neighborhood. No watercraft including jet skis. No RVs
