Ocean Blvd. Amenities include: a 200 ft. lazy river, 110 ft. beachfront pool, indoor heated pool, kiddie pool, 2 beachfront hot tubs and an exercise/fitness room.
The condo has available access for high speed internet. All this and more can be found on the beautiful beach of this year round family resort town just footsteps from the sandy beach and ocean. There is plenty to enjoy all year around.
Our beachfront condo is a corner unit with over 1800 square feet of living space. It has four bedrooms/three baths. with an outside balcony from the master bedroom as well as the living room. The balcony has table & chairs where you can relax while enjoying the ocean breeze and listening to the sounds of the ocean. It is located on the FOURTEENTH FLOOR(#1421) of the SOUTH TOWER. Our condos have been professionally decorated and have sturdy dark wood and metal furniture. They have a fully equipped upgraded kitchen with a pantry, built in microwave, radiant stovetop oven, breakfast bar, granite counter tops and ceramic tile floors.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, a private bath with a whirlpool garden tub, separate shower and a double sink. There is a sliding glass door that leads to the beachfront balcony that has table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the ocean breeze, the spectacular sunrises, sunsets while listening to the sounds of the ocean. The second bedroom has two Queen size beds. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed and in the fourth bedroom there is a King size bed. There is an accessible Queen size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space located in the living room. The third and fourth bedrooms have a bathroom that connects each of them. Each bedroom has its own television. There are also ceiling fans in all the bedrooms including the living room. All the bathrooms have granite counter tops with plenty of cabinet space and ceramic tile floors.
There is a Laundry Room with a Large size Washer and Dryer in the Kitchen area for your convenience. We ask that all beach chairs and tents remain outside the condo unit. The covered multi level parking garage is across the street. Motorcycles, Trailers, RV's & Boats are Not Allowed. Pets Are Not Allowed. This is a NON-Smoking Unit.
