Brighton Beach, - 3000 square foot Luxury home on the bay, with:
HEATED IN-GROUND POOL & LARGE DOCK WITH BOAT SLIP.
Large bay front home beautifully furnished and decorated has spacious 5 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths. Sleeps 15. The Two upstairs bedrooms are set up as large master sweets with; king sizes beds, full bay views and walk out sun decks. The other three bed rooms are ground level, one room is set up with a queen size bed and bay view. The last two bedrooms are setup as children’s rooms; each room has three twin beds. The game room is set up with a 42 inch flat screen TV and a pull out sofa. This room is a great room for the kids to hide from Mom & Dad or the unexpected guest to sleep overnight. The bay front kitchen is fun for entertaining, drinking and cooking, with seating for 15. Across from the kitchen is the large great room overlooking the beautiful open bay, with a fire place for those cold nights.
The out side of the house is where all of the fun begins; the large heated in ground pool with a spill over hot tub, over looks the bay. Around the pool is ample seating for sun bathing and entertaining all of your friends & family. The front deck has a large outdoor dinner table, for the sun set dinners and great times. When the sun goes down, sit back on the back deck, turn on the gas fire table and enjoy a glass of wine with loved ones.
If you love the bay, this house has it all with a 150 foot long dock. The dock fetchers, one boat slip, one wave runner floating dock, lighting for night fishing and crabbing. Boats up to fifty foot.
If you must leave the bay side compound, the beach is two short blocks away along with many restaurants and shopping.

Balance due: Four weeks before start of rental (security will be refunded by owner on day of departure)
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel for any reason eight weeks before the rental and the home is not re-rented all rent collected will be held.
DESCRIPTION: 5 bedrooms / 2 baths Bay front property – Boat dock could accommodate 50 foot boat.
Agreement:
-House must be left clean
-All dishes must be cleaned and put away
-All garbage must be out at the street by 8:00 AM Friday.
-Owner will check you in and out of the house; $1,000 deposit will be returned day of check out.
-No beach badges provided
-No linens are provided

-All pots, plates and kitchen utensils are provided

-Keyless entry code will be provided for week to renters
