The house is large enough to easily accommodate two families. The house is accessed from a long private driveway so is far from the road; large yard front and back. Gracious yet relaxed.
It is also a 10 minute drive to the ocean beach (dune road) in Hampton Bays, and a 15 minute drive to the towns of Southampton and Westhampton.
