One week minimum Christmas/New Year. Ten day minimum for both holidays.
Daily and weekly rates INCLUDE CLEANING!
10% discount during off season (Oct, Nov 1-15, Apr, May).
10% discount for military - active or retired.

Great Pinetop Lake County Club location

This is a duplex unit that is in a really convenient location. The town of Pinetop-Lakeside is just minutes away. The pictures accurately reflect the unit. It looks almost new! The mattresses are on the Firm side and all of the Bathroom towels are luxurious. The unit is very clean and comfortable. The Owner was VERY responsive. He answered every email promptly and did everything he could to meet all of our requests. This was the first time I had rented from VRBO and the owner provided everything you needed to make this rental very easy. Thanks for sharing your home!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
