Kick your shoes off and relax in absolutely the perfect house for 2 families to share! Private master suite in back with king bed and child's room featuring double/single bunk beds and bath. 2 more bedrooms in front portion of home. Spiral staircase leads to a huge bonus room with pool, ping- pong and foosball table, mini- fridge, futons for sleeping, lots of board games and balcony. The kids won't want to come down! Right across from beach stairs access on basically secluded section - no crowds! 6 TV's - large front porch. There is a pet door for Fido that leads into the fenced backyard with pool and hot tub. Nice and private - quiet neighborhood perfect for bike riding. Has never been on commercial rental program. The carpet and cushions are a little worn from all the fun we've had, and we want you to enjoy it too- no fussing at kids with sandy feet! :)This home can also be rented by the night for $500. Please add $150 cleaning fee to total. We guarantee that once you stay at Blue Mtn. Beach will want to come back!

Coffee by the pool -and only 20 steps to the access stairs! Convenience of beach with coming back to house at any time for bathroom, lunch, etc. Crabbing with the kids at night or catch a movie at Destin Commons only 15 minutes away. If the surf is rough or the jellyfish are out - no problem - just enjoy the huge pool and separate hot tub. On rainy days or at night the rec room keeps them occupied for hours on end. This house has been designed for children for 17 years, and we've got it right! :)

Family of four - we have owned this home since the children were small and they are now grown. Traveling to Europe this summer, so home is available for rental for the first time. Home is filled with photos and personal items that can that we ask you to respect while you are here. Not on commercial rental program.
