Babble-On sits on a redwood-forested hillside overlooking a sparkling creek, and while close to Guerneville, is ideal for the guests who value a peaceful setting and a cozy getaway. This is a shingled craftsman-style home, completely re-modeled and decorated with a great combination of contemporary and antique. This home has lovely forest views from most windows. Airy and bright in the redwoods with high ceilings and skylights, the living room is open to the high-end kitchen; there's a dining set for four. The bathroom is off the living room. A short hallway separates the bedrooms, which look to the forested hillside on the other side of the creek. Out the front door and off the porch, there's a hot tub. Beyond, in the side yard, there's a hammock, firepit, bird feeders and loungers. The living room opens to the rear deck which has a dining set, grill and loungers, and overlooks the creek. "The place was so peaceful and the setting could not have been more perfect with the forest in the back and the brook running right behind the deck. It was a beautiful setting and the place was so well put together and clean and just over comfortable for us. We loved the place and wish we could have one like it. "

"Babble-On is the Perfect Get away Retreat for the beautiful Russian River Valley! Everything about this property is perfect, from the lovely deck overlooking the Redwoods and the babbling brook, to the hot tub and the outdoor fireplace, to the well appointed kitchen and bath. The home is just right for 4 people to relax in privacy and set about touring the wonderful Sonoma wine country! We so enjoyed our stay!"

5 of 5 The house is beautiful, comfortable, if a bit small, the location exquisite. We were close enough to town for necessities, but far enough away for privacy & the relaxation we sought on a mini-vacation. The owner had thought of everything to make our stay pleasurable. We'd return!

A wonderful cottage for our get-away weekend. Comfy, cozy, quiet, clean, fun, nurturing: everything we'd hoped for and more. These folks really did it right, with great attention to detail. Loved the babbling creek, private hot tub, deck overlooking the forest and creek, wide screen TV, fully stocked kitchen: I could go on and on. Look forward to returning.
