The house is on the beautiful and exclusive Holiday Isle. It sleeps 16. Large Deck, Short walk to LaPaz Mexican restaurant, Target, groceries and shops. No-Smoking, Washer/dryer, 100 ft. Gulf frontage, 1 acre.
On Second level: Total 4 bedrooms/ 3 Baths, living/dining/kitchen.
On Gulf side of second level: Master (King), Guest (Queen), separated by open living/dining/kitchen.
Behind the Master is a large guest (King) facing street. The 4th bedroom (Twins) is also on street side, with connecting Hollywood style bath (2 commodes and 1 bathtub).
On Beach level: 2 Gulf Front Bedrooms/1 Bath. 4 bunk beds, Futon in sitting area with TV/DVD. Separate bedroom with King. Bathroom with shower separates the two areas.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
Our family has enjoyed going to Destin for as long as I can remember. My parents bought this property back before Destin was as popular as it is now. When Hurricane Opal came through the Gulf Coast back in September of 1995 it destroyed all the houses on Holiday Isle including our house. It was almost bitter sweet because it allowed us to build the house we've always dreamed of having on the beach. It was the same for all the houses around us - Destin came back bigger and better after this hurricane and since then has become one of the most popular tourist destinations in the country.
The Unique Benefits of this House
This house sits on the whitest beaches in the country! The clear blue water is breathtaking as well! The best part is you are sitting on a private beach so you won't have to fight the condo crowds. The house is also near amazing shopping, fine dining and family friendly restaurants, deep sea fishing, beautiful golf courses, activities for the kids including the Big Kahuna Water Park, the Track Amusement park and video arcade, bowling, etc. There is something to do for everyone in Destin!
