Built in 2007, this home features over 3000 SF of living space, 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, plus an office. Sleeps 8 comfortably. There is a King bed in the master with dual vanity, walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub in master bath. There is even a private outdoor shower off the master bath area. The guest bedrooms have queen beds and private baths. There is also an office with additional sleeping space with a day bed & trundle bed pullout. Large, fully equipped kitchen and family room area with vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans. A/C throughout, High Speed Internet WiFi, Phone, and Cable TV. Nice private pool with waterfall, large patio area and gas BBQ. Home sits on a over 1 acre of land. There is also a 2 car garage and plenty of room for additional parking. Beautiful mountain views and walking distance to many great restaurants, mini supermarket and shops in Brasilito and Conchal. Complimentary maid service included Monday to Saturday.

Catalina Cove #3 across the street is also available for larger groups (8-14 people) and can be combined with this property. Playa Conchal is a beautiful white sand beach with great snorkeling and swimming. The property is located close to some truly pristine beaches (Conchal, Flamingo and Brasilito). Great mountain and valley views as well as walking distance to many area restaurants. The area is full of great scenery, wildlife and tranquility. The home is located in a secure community with 24 hour security and over 125 acre acres to explore!

"Great Country Retreat Near Beautiful Beaches" We enjoy staying in Brasilito because it's near lots of nice beaches and not too far from the airport. The house is in a gated community that is guarded 24/7 by some local guys that are very friendly. If you ever have problems at the house which sometimes happen Costa Rica no matter where you go Becky will take care of it. Once you go here you will want to come back again and again.

My wife and I went to Costa Rica for our honeymoon. It was our first time there and definitely not our last. The house and property was really more than we expected. The house is spacious and was very clean. The daily maid service is a definite plus! The house would be perfect for 3 couples to stay as we are already planning a trip with friends to return. The property is over an acre and very private and the pool is very nice. The beach is within walking distance but I would recommend renting a car as the location has several other beautiful beaches within a 10 to 20 minute drive. Becky and her staff were more than accommodating. We could not have been more pleased...I highly recommend!!!
