It's an easy walk to the beach from this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium located in the beautiful resort community of Sea Colony in Bethany Beach. This building has just completed beautiful exterior renovations complete with brand new siding, windows & doors.
The new private deck and screened in porch back to the woods and provide great privacy. You won't find exterior renovations like this in Sea Colony within walking distance to the beach!! The HVAC system and washer/dryer are new in 2007. Also new in 2009 are stainless steel kitchen appliances, new KING size bed, mattress & bedding in master bedroom, new bedding in second bedroom and patio table and chairs.
This property is located directly across the street from an outdoor pool. You can make the very easy walk to the beach or choose to take one of the many Sea Colony beach shuttles that run frequently throughout the day. The Sea Colony Marketplace is also a very quick walk which has great restaurants & shops.
Our second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds so it's great for larger families. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a large, comfortable sectional sofa in the family room with a sleeper sofa.
Sea Colony is a fabulous resort that you will love with great amenities at your fingertips. Enjoy your stay!! (Please note that an additional Recreation Fee per person 4 years of age and older per week that is paid separately upon your arrival & is mandatory).

This place is totally awesome - our third time here and it's perfect. Very cozy and home like, perfect decor and adequate room with a great living room and screened in porch off the living room. Kitchen has everything you need and the two bedrooms are great with a family. We would not come down and stay anywhere else unless this was not available. Newly remodeled and an awesome job at that. Really could not want any more than what's here as well as the short distance to the beach and close to downtown Bethany. This is for sure an A+++++ :)
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

We just returned from our trip to Sea Colony, staying at this lovely condo, and I am already missing it! The owners have really made an effort to make it comfortable for their guests. I am very picky about mattresses as I have a bad back and theirs were great. Firm, but not too firm, with some padding, but not excessive. We were able to use one of the lower bunk beds (with a side rail) for our toddler, who is used to sleeping in a crib but is now too big for a pack-n-play. Overall, I would say this rental is a great value and worth the expense.
