This is the perfect place to kick off your shoes, put up your feet and let your cares drift away as each wave comes and goes. This sweet, comfy-cozy condo is located near the north end fishing pier and the Freeman Park Recreation Area giving you access to endless pristine beach uninterrupted by any development. Just you, the sun, the sea and the sand. Freeman Park, just a few minute walk, is an area where leashed dogs are allowed year-long and one of the few places where you can build a romantic campfire on the beach. Don't forget the marshmellows.

This 2nd floor Seascape end unit offers a front row seat to the mighty Atlantic from the bedroom and living room/kitchen dining area -- see dolphins, pelicans and surfers from your king-size bed or the full-size pull-out living room couch. You can wake to the glorious sunrise, up and over the sea's horizon or fall asleep to the rhythmic music of the waves and catch the glistening moonlight on the crest of the ocean swells. This end unit offers a second window in the master bedroom creating surround sound with each break of each wave and provides extra moonlight and sunlight. The view from the large private balcony off the bedroom and living room is totally uninterrupted and unparalleled. There is nothing between you and the sea.

There is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen as well as a breakfast bar. You can enjoy a home cooked fresh seafood dinner or have a place to store your yummy leftovers from any of the great restaurants located within a short distance.

  • WOW what a clean, cozy place!!!! The view was GREAT! Loved the area the people were soo nice! There was a place to park my jet boat, that was cool & the friendly feeling of the dogs with all the families was awesome! Everyone acted respectful of their pets and even the pets acted like they were on vacation and didn't cross the line with barking! My dogs Tyler & Sam loved it we all are hoping we can get back soon!! Very soon thank you Patty for being soo professional and caring-please tell your two ty & sam say hey & Thank You!!!   • We had a great week in your condo! Everything was very clean. We really enjoyed the covered deck...it was much larger than we expected! A hurricane off-shore kept us off the beach for a day, but we spent the day at the pool and it was lovely! Thanks for sharing your little piece of paradise!

  • View is unbelievable!!! The condo was very comfortable and cozy. The ocean is so close that the sound of the waves was so relaxing it put us to sleep every night. It was so nice to find somewhere that is pet friendly that we could take our dogs that is so clean. We took a short hose and spray nozzle to clean the dogs off after playing on the beach before we took them inside (there is a hose pipe outside the front of the condo). Best thing we ever did! If you take your pets, I would recommend this to help keep the condo so nice for future visitors. We will be booking another week tonight.

  • We loved the condo and the beautiful view of the ocean. Freeman Park, which is just a short walking distance away, was great too! Our Dog Bailey had a great time playing in the ocean there. We never received a key to the pool area though, which was a bummer. And we also thought that the property shouldn't be advertised with having a garage/covered parking area if guests aren't allowed to use it. But, other than that, everything was wonderful.

You are literally surrounded and seranaded by the soothing sound of the waves crashing the minute you step in the door. Charming and cozy, this place was like a little oasis.   • The condo was a real treat...I so enjoyed sitting on the sofa each morning and watching the sun rise over the ocean...sitting on the balcony and watching the surfers, reading and watching the moonlight twinkle on the water. I loved walking on the beach for miles in both directions. The condo was clean, bright with lots of light, and spacious. Enjoyed exploring Carolina Beach and the tip of North Carolina....the condo is in a great location with a beach community presence and restaurants, coffee shops, activities, shopping nearby.

  • Hi Patty! Thanks for sharing your condo with us! The view is spectacular!!! The best part was waking up at sunrise and sitting on the balcony reading. The condo was spotless - no grit or sand even though it's less than 10 steps from the beach. A short distance to the fishing pier where you can catch your dinner and also right next to the state park where pets are welcome. It's a bit far out of town if you want to walk to the excitement, but you can rent a bicycle and it's only minutes down to the boardwalk (bonus - this way you can avoid parking meters!). The perfect spot if you're looking for something quiet and relaxing but close enough to the excitement if that's what you're looking for.
