Small dogs under 35 lbs are allowed. Washer and dryer are available at the club house and they take quarters. Access to the club house which features a pool table, couches and full kitchen. The clubhouse overlooks the pool and waterway.

We are a family of 4 with two young children and we love the beach and the outdoors. Fort Walton has been our getaway place forever.
Why the Owner Chose Fort Walton Beach
Our condo in relation to Fort Walton is a 10 minute walk down a sidewalk. The city of Fort Walton has been restored with shops and places to eat and relax. The city park is gorgeous and its full of free activities for families and pets. The worlds most beautiful beach is a 5 minute ride from the condo with great amenities like a boardwalk, showers and concessions. The beach and the water makes you think your in the Caribbean.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Our complex has a beautiful pool with large deck with lounge chairs for relaxing/tanning. It overlooks Okaloosa Sound and Okaloosa island. The sunsets from this pool deck are breathtaking. Our place is affordable for families and we are very proud to share that with others.
