Beautiful, Bright and Immaculate Florida Style Home. Home is located in the beautiful area of Cornwallis and located blocks from Bay. The 3 bedrooms are great for families and guests. Master Bedroom has King bed with private bath and walk in shower- Doors open to pool and lanai area.
Queen bedroom is colorful and has satellite TV and doors that open to large pool area. Twin bedroom is bright and is surrounded with large windows that open to allow the tropical breezes of Florida. Entry of home opens to large living area with nice decor and large TV ( satellite), along with adjacent dining area. Living area has 16 ft slider doors that open to our large pool and very private lanai area. Pool is heated and has a very tropical and private feel. Large lanai is surrounded by lush vegetation and palm trees. Home has large lot great for family sports and activities.
Large Kitchen area is open and has all amenities of home. Home has 1 car garage and washer and dryer are located in garage- a Florida trademark.
Our home is newly painted and landscaped for that bright and beautiful Florida Paradise. Also, home is in immaculate condition and is regularly maintained to ensure that all guests feel at home.

Hello vacationers, I would like to introduce myself and family. My name is Debbie, my husband is Jeff we live in Indiana and are both self employed. We purchased our tropical oasis to fill our need for warm weather. We have always loved tropical climates and the beautiful scenery- we were waiting for our dream home. We discovered our home over 1 year ago and have since worked to restore and create our little bit of Florida Paradise.
