My husband and I had a wonderful stay at your condo. It had everything we could have possibly needed. It was great to have all the kitchen utensils available to prepare our breakfast and lunch each morning. I was also happy to find a coffeemaker since I brought a bag of Dunkin D. coffee with us. Just sitting on the balcony each morning having a relaxing breakfast was wonderful. The property is so well maintained and the staff is very friendly. I loved the color scheme as well and it certainly demonstrated your flair for decorating. It was also nice to find a few Patterson books that we hadn't read yet. Thanks again for your hospitality and for leaving us restaurant numbers and recommendations. It was a big help.

This was our first trip to Aruba and rated "Best Vacation Ever" by our entire family! This condo is in a perfect location - between downtown and the high rise hotels - and offers all the conveniences of a home away from home. We have 2 daughters (10 and 13 years old) and did not "want" for anything. From beach towels, to beach chairs, to even a cooler for the beach - this place has pretty much everything you could dream of needing to enjoy your vacation. The kitchen is well equipped for meals - we chose to eat most breakfasts and lunches in the condo - and even cooked two dinners while there. Snorkeling was by far our favorite activity - and we brought our own equipment, so didn't have to pay for any "tours" - as the local folks were always kind enough to point us in the direction of good snorkling areas. The island was absolutely beautiful - we really would not have changed a thing about this wonderful week long vacation - and plan to return (same condo) as soon as we can!

We had an exceptional week in Aruba! This condo is conveniently located between Oranjstead and the high rise hotels. We Were 4 adults that stayed in the condo and it was very comfortable with all the comforts of home. The condo is beautifully decorated. The grounds of the complex are beautiful! There are people working day after day to maintain the beauty. There are 4 spectacular pools. When we were there you could pick a pool and have it to yourself. The beach is across the street and crossing the road is no big deal! The beaches in Aruba are breath taking! We rented a car for the week and found it to be very convenient. We went to baby beach, the lighthouse and cruised the island. We had dinner out every night and never had a bad meal or poor service! Our dinners were outstanding. All in all we had a wonderful, relaxing vacation and look forward to going back again some day!

We had a wonderful week in this condo. It is beautifully decorated, warm and inviting. I am a bit obsessive when it comes to cleanliness, but any worries I had before I arrived were quickly put to rest once we walked into the door of Palm 213. It was immaculate! We had everything we needed for a relaxing, hassle-free vacation. There were plenty of beach towels, nice beach chairs, and even a couple of insulated bags for carrying drinks and snacks to the beach. We enjoyed being just steps away from the fitness building and the three gorgeous swimming pools. The owners of this unit really go out of their way to make the rental process so easy. Kathy and I talked on the phone a few weeks before the trip, and she gave me great "insider" info on restarurants (there are several good ones within walking distance), grocery shopping, the beaches, etc. It was such a relief not having to go through a rental agent upon arrival. The key was mailed to us prior to our leaving home, and when we arrived at Oceania from the airport, we went straight to the condo with no problem whatsoever. We are already planning our next trip!

Stayed for 7 days in Oct 2011. We rented a car (recommend doing so, island is easy to get around once you get your bearings) and found our way from AUA to the condo in about 20 minutes. It is the perfect location, right between the high-rise hotels and low-rise/marina area and directly across from Eagle Beach. The condo security was ever-present and always very nice. The few people we encountered around the condo grounds were also very nice, however, most of the time it was like we had the place to ourselves. The condo unit was perfect. There was nothing we needed that we didn't have. It was super clean and very comfortable (we had 4 adults). Plenty of beach towels, bath towels, kitchen items, appliances, etc. (we did buy a larger styrofoam cooler and a bottle of "Off" - there were some mosquitos down by the pool at night, we left both of those for other guests). The beds were very comfortable and the unit was very quiet. Big walk-in showers in each bathroom with excellent shower pressure. Everything worked perfectly. The pools in this complex are VERY nice. Having a pool at our house I'm kind of particular and all of the pools were beautifully kept, perfect temperature, etc. We had zero problems with anything at the condo (security, parking, elevators, other guests, pools, location, A/C, internet, etc. - NOT ONE COMPLAINT!). Go eat at the Screaming Eagle which is a really short walk from the condo - one of the best restaurants on the island! We would definitely stay here again. 5-stars!

My husband and I as well as another couple stayed in this unit for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was clean and nicely decorated; had plenty of towels (which is unusual); and had enough beach chairs for each of us to take to the beach. It's location on Eagle Beach is perfect for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the "big" cities on Aruba, yet close enough to walk to some of the best restaurants we experienced - Tulips, La Cabana, Passions. It's also just a 10 minute bus/tax ride to Palm Beach where the night life is. I would definitely stay in this unit again!

We just came back from our holiday in Aruba - this condo was fantastic, The moment we came in we felt like at home, relaxed and comftable. It was very beautiful and tastefully decorated. Everything you ever need was there...Outside it could not be better - we stayed by swimming pools a lot as we have to children (7 and 4). Most of the time we had all four pools for ourself! Where else can you get that :) The grounds were nicely maintented and very clean. You always know that you are in good place if outside toiltes are clean - and i can assure you that they were - and with air-con! Overall we had a great holiday and want to say thank you for letting us to stay in your apartment. We would definitely recomend it to all our friends in Europe. PS - just one suggestion - and please do not take this as criticism - would be great if there was a dirty clothes basket.

We had an amazing holiday in Aruba. The condo was all we expected and more. We felt right at home, with all the extras of an amazing vacation get-a-way. We found the transportation on the island easy to access, and the locals were a great help and very friendly. The men chartered a fishing boat (TJ'S) and had the time of their life,(check that one off their bucket list) We found the shopping to be a little better one street back from the main road. These shops were more receptive to discusing prices on jewlery. The grounds were kept very clean as were the buildings. Our condo was very well equiped and we had no trouble feeling right at home. The weather was super, sun, sea and sand every day, what more could you ask for! We left Aruba wanting to return, that tells it all!!! Thanks again Kathi and Vince for sharing your home with us.

The condo was better than the pictures and had all the amenities like home, right down to lots of towels, beach chairs and cooler. The place was quiet and the staff friendly. The ocean was clean and never had to wait for a thatched hut. The island is safe. We toured the island in a jeep ...went to San Nicholas (tour in daylight), Baby Beach and then drove all along the east side of the island. Very interesting. The guys went deep sea fishing and caught tuna, mahi mahi and wahoo ...two meals of fish. The grocery stores are close by and found we liked Certified better than Lings. They have everything but must be aware that on holidays they run out of milk and other essentials. I agree with other comments to buy from the locals away from the Main streets. We ate at Madame Janette's and worth the wait, also ate at Sunset Grill on the beach and Mulligan's. We can't wait to come back and will know more and where to go next time. The owners Kathi and Vince where very helpful. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

We just returned from a great vacation in this unit. The condo was everything we hoped for and more!. The theme "get away from it all" is the perfect description for both the condo complex and the area it it located. It is on a quiet beach between the city and the buzy hi-rise hotels, but still close to both. The unit itself was spotless and very comfortable and spacious. Great location in the complex, just steps away from both the elevator or the stairs, on the second floor. We felt we had the whole place to ourselves. The staff and security people were great. Aruba claims to be "One Happy Island" and it is. I would reccomend this condo complex and this unit to anyone! We loved it and will return.

Let me start by saying my wife is a clean freak with a touch of paranoia. Let me end with the fact she 100% enjoyed her stay at this Condo. The condo is exceptionally beautiful, very well kept, very clean, 100% NON SMOKING, quiet and SAFE and SAFE and SAFE (its worth repeating). I have nothing but praise for the rental property owner, they have provided me with exceptional service. Eagle beach is close by but if you have smaller kids (ours are 10 and 7), make your way to Baby Beach as the waves are calmer (also great for snorkeling). For souvenir shopping, go downtown and visit all the mom and pop shops. If you wish to buy your wife the perfect Hearts on Fire diamond ring, go visit MAX @ Noble Jewelry (Downtown). If you are a seafood connoisseur, you must visit DRIFTWOOD Restaurant, excellent service and the Grilled Kingfish is to die for (trust me, this place is worth it and yes, it will be tough finding this place so call them for directions). For Aruban sunset, go back to Baby Beach, it is simply amazing. Lastly, if you wish to splurge, then go visit Atlantis Submarine, this is 100% worth the value and experience (book online and save).

6/20/09 We just got back from Aruba and this condo was all that they said it was. In fact, the photos don't do it justice. Very well decorated, spacious, and everything was new. Quiet and safe location, yet close to anything you might want to do. We felt like we were the only ones on the property and had the run of the complex to ourselves. Kathi gave us several good suggestions on what to do and where to eat before we headed down and followed through promptly on addressing any questions we had. We could have stayed at any of the resorts on the island and walked through a few of them while we were there. I would still choose this place if we ever go back. It had everything you would ever need in a very relaxing atmosphere. We went to 8 or 9 beaches up the coast during our stay and our favorite was the one right in front of the property on Eagle Beach. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. Owner's Response: It is so gratifying to hear that our guests have really enjoyed their time in Aruba and at our home away from home. Our goal has always been to share the wonderful experience of Aruba and to make your stay as close to being in the comfort of your own home as possible. The tranquillity of The Oceania provides the most relaxing and luxurious vacation and working with our guests is so enjoyable for us. Aruba Oceanfront Luxurious Two Bedroom Condo valeri c terre haute, indiana, usa Review Submitted: January 18, 2009 Date of Stay: December 2008 My family and I would highly recommend this property. This was our first trip to Aruba and we loved everything about our vacation from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The property was a huge reason for our positive and enjoyable experience on the island. Everything about the property is as described; beautifully decorated, fantastic and convenient location, inviting pool, great workout center (which we used quite a bit), friendly, helpful, and informative security staff on site, and a gorgeous view of the ocean. This property is located on Eagle Beach which, in our opinion, is the best beach on the island. It is quiet and not crowded and just a few steps away from the property. The owners provided extraordinary customer service, including personal communication, when needed, and very helpful information about the island of Aruba. In addition, they provided a list of restaurants, many of which we tried, and the food and service at all of them were wonderful. We especially enjoyed Madame Jeanettes (went there twice), Matthews (on the beach),and Screaming Eagle. We were fine taking taxis to various places, walking, or taking the bus. We spent most of our time at the pool or at the beach, with one exception of taking a sailboat/snorkeling trip (The Octopus) which was great and then dining out at night, each night enjoying the superb service and food. We also enjoyed a shopping trip or two downtown and eating at The Old Fisherman. We would definitely recommend this property to a friend or family member and to you, the current viewer. Recommended for: Age 55+, Romantic Getaway
