This bright, clean house on a channel in Port Isabel is the perfect spot for your next vacation stay! Built in 2004, it still looks and feels new. The perfect alternative to the high prices on the Island.
The master bedroom has a king bed, small balcony facing southeast for the morning sun, and a large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. TV of course! Also upstairs is the office, with desk and high speed internet connection, and tv. Another bath with shower is across the hallway. The living room has 2 comfortable recliners, and a nice microfiber suede couch. Big screen TV. This room is open to the dining area and kitchen which makes the upstairs seem very large. Dining room has comfy swivel chairs and the table extends to seat 8 comfortably. French doors to the balcony. Kitchen has granite counter tops, a large side by side fridge/freezer and all appliances you will need, large and small. A nice full size front load washer and dryer, and the elevator, make this upscale indeed.
Bring your boat, the boat lift is ready and waiting, with a fish cleaning station too. The channel offers quick access to the intracoastal waterway, the laguna madre and the gulf. Sea trout, redfish, whiting, flounder and more are readily caught, depending on the season.
The upper deck has a full set of cushioned patio furniture and a nice view towards the bridge and of the channel. Lower patio has a large gas grill and more patio furniture. You will definitely enjoy lounging outside here! Downstairs is a bedroom with a queen size bed, a small living room with a good size tv, couch(converts to queen bed) and recliner, a treadmill, small kitchenette (sink, toaster, coffeepot, fridge and freezer) and bath with shower. A door can be closed to separate this “suite” from the rest of the house.
The American Legion and a good Mexican restaurant are just 6 blocks away. HEB and Walmart are in this small friendly town, as well as lots of shops, museums, and restaurants. Plenty to do, the fishing is great, your vacation home awaits! This home has so much more room and so much more to offer than a condo, you will be very pleased with it. A quick drive across the causeway takes you to all the attractions on South Padre Island, you will have the best of both worlds!
