This is a truly unique mountain retreat, centrally located in the Sierra Nevada California gold country. Fantastic access to outdoor activities including Calaveras Big Trees State park, Stanislaus National Forest, Stanislaus River, Bear Valley Ski Resort, Lake Alpine and three Golf Courses, all within a 20 minute drive or less.
This home is part of Blue Lake Springs Homeowner Association which offers the following summer recreation facilities: two lakes (Blue Lake Springs and Flying Acres-great swimming and fun), swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball, playground and an array of family oriented activities includig outdoor nightime movies, arts/crafts, sport clinics, Friday night family bingo, campfire, "Story Time Under the Trees" restaurant & snack bar, etc...
The recreation center is open from mid June through Labor Day weekend in September. Winter activities include numerous cross country trails, sledding, hiking, downhill skiing and snowboarding at nearby Bear Valley resort.

Forest views can be seen from every window including the unique triangular dome windows that lead your eyes upward to a rooftop sky window for star gazing at night. This home expands one's sense of peace with nature. It's large open round design offers an easy flow within shared living space.
