Or, for a more relaxed day, sit out in the spacious second floor patio and enjoy the ocean breezes while reading a book from our extensive library.
This property is the back unit of a spacious duplex and comes with garage space so you don't have to worry about street noise or parking. We are pet friendly, so if you have a well behaved four-legged friend, please bring him along.
This two bedroom, one bath home is located in an exclusive neighborhood. You'll love the tree-lined streets and charming architecture. We are less then two miles from Fashion Island, known for having one of the tallest Christmas trees in the world, in addition to upscale shopping. We are also minutes from Balboa Island, Laguna Beach and Disneyland.
If you want to enjoy Corona del Mar as a local, this charming cottage is for you. Presently we have a queen bed in one bedroom and a single in the guest bedroom. With advanced notice we are happy to add a second bed in the guest room to accommodate four people.
When you arrive you'll find cereal in the cupboard and shampoo in the bathroom, not to mention spices, coffee, and pretty much everything you need to feel right at home. We've just added this redecorated home to the VRBO rental pool, so lots of dates are available at our very reasonable rates. THANKSGIVING AND NEW YEARS ARE STILL AVAILABLE BUT WILL FILL UP FAST!!
