Beautifully remodeled Condo with more than 2100 square feet. It is newly remodeled with a new kitchen dining and living room along with new master bedroom and bath. Living room has a 42" plasma tv.
There are three bedrooms and three separate bathrooms. The Master suite has a king-sized bed with walk in closet and private bathroom along with a 40 inch plasma tv.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a trundle which can sleep 3-4. It also has a private bathroom with a shower.
The third bedroom has been converted to a den and has a sofa/sleeper along with its private bathroom and shower. The covered patio sits right on the golf course at the #1 green of the Challenge Course. Patio has a stainless steel barbecue and eating area.
Platinum membership allows full use of all amenities at the club (with a guest fee). Palm Valley Club amenities include 18-hole, par-72 Ted Robinson-designed Championship Course:

This is a great condo with good access to all amenities in the area. It's also in a great location within the complex backing onto the first green on the Challenge Course. It's a nice view from the patio with a cool one watching golfers on the green. Being avid golfers, the platinum membership is a huge plus which our sons took full advantage of. The included four seater golf cart was pretty cool. The two courses are both extrememly nice. My wife and two older sons stayed here for 1 week and were very happy with the accomodation. It had a great layout and having an ensuite for each bedroom was a huge plus. The master ensuite was very spacious. The kitchen is huge and was nicely remodelled. The owner was extremely easy to deal with and responded to e-mails quickly. We travel to Palm Desert on an annual basis and would definately recommend this condominimum and complex. We would not hesitate in staying here again. Todd, Lydia & Sons.

This unit was spectacular. We are kind of finicky travelers, and like to have very nice accomodations. This home exceeded our expectations. It was just awesome. If you love to cook, you'll love this kitchen -- very large, with granite countertops and all appliances and cooking/eating items needed. The dining table is large enough to seat eight. The livingroom is also very large and comfy. The huge flat panel TV swivels so you can see from the kitchen while cooking, if you'd like. The master bedroom has its own TV too, and a slider door out to the patio as well, and the master bath is very elegant. The bedroom with the bunk beds is great for kids, and has its own large, private bath. The third room with the sofa sleeper also has its own private bath, and another TV! And the sofa sleeper was very comfortable. The unit is also very close to a pool and jacuzzi, just a 1 minute walk away. There are separate pools all over the place, for each "cluster" of units. In our four days there, we only saw someone else at the pool by our unit one time. It was like our own private pool. We don't golf, but the course looked immaculate, and the unit comes with the use of a large golf cart, which was a plus even though we didn't golf! There is a $25 fee to register to use the facilities, plus the fee for whatever activity you are going to do (golf, tennis, exercise room). The owner was very helpful and seemed very nice. We would highly recommend this unit. We are already planning on returning, as soon as we can!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

Your pictures on the website do not show how beautiful your home is. We were overjoyed when we walked into the home. We had a great time and our kids really enjoyed the pool.
