Beautifully remodeled Condo with more than 2100 square feet. It is newly remodeled with a new kitchen dining and living room along with new master bedroom and bath. Living room has a 42" plasma tv.
There are three bedrooms and three separate bathrooms. The Master suite has a king-sized bed with walk in closet and private bathroom along with a 40 inch plasma tv.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a trundle which can sleep 3-4. It also has a private bathroom with a shower.
The third bedroom has been converted to a den and has a sofa/sleeper along with its private bathroom and shower. The largest covered patio in the club sits right on the golf course on the #1 fairway on the Championship Course and has a stainless steel BBQ grill. Patio has a stainless steel barbecue and eating area.
Platinum membership allows full use of all amenities at the club (with a guest fee). Palm Valley Club amenities include 18-hole, par-72 Ted Robinson-designed Championship Course:
