I am looking to rent out my condo that I own in The Ridge in Sunvalley Idaho.
The condo comes fully furnished and is in 100% absolute perfect shape. The views from the large windows are worth it all.
Come and enjoy a nice relaxing weekend just laying around or being active with one of the many activity’s that Sun Valley has to offer. The condo is located right in Sunvalley not outside of town.
It is a 1 bed 1 bath condo with all updated amenities.

We just returned from a long weekend stay at this Ridge/Elkhorn condo. It was fantastic, extremely clean, well taken care of, and everything you will need to enjoy a stay is there. For a couple looking for a great place to stay while enjoying Sun Valley, I would highly recommend this condo
Recommended for:Pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+.

We stayed in this Ridge condo for 3 weeks in April 2010. It is a beautiful condo! The bed is very comfortable, there is a lot of space for clothing in the closet and dresser, and the condo is very nicely appointed. We enjoyed cooking dinner in the kitchen and grilling on the deck. We had a few friends over for dinner one night and it was very comfortable. We are actually locals but needed to move out of our condo due to a plumbing issue and found this unit to be a really wonderful place to stay while we were displaced. I've seen a lot of condos throughout the Valley and can attest that this particular unit is one of the best! It was difficult to leave! We loved walking down to the Elkhorn Market for coffee or groceries and enjoyed the hot tub and steam room facilities. The condo is very close to the free bus line as well as the bike path and we enjoyed walking on the bike path over Elkhorn hill to Sun Valley for a glass of wine one evening. The chimney cleaning company came by during our time in the condo and commented that this was by far the nicest unit in the Ridge. We had to agree - this is a great place to stay!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.
