This newly-renovated Luxury Townhouse is ideal for all activities. This two-bedroom, two-and-a- half bath newly-renovated villa called Tennis Master has a King Master Suite which includes a full bath with granite vanity top and walkout balcony. The Twin second-bedroom includes a full bath with granite vanity top and a private balcony. The kitchen has also been renovated with new cabinets and granite countertops, with stainless steel appliances. A new travertine floor has been installed downstairs and new carpeting upstairs. The furniture throughout has been replaced, 3 HD flat screen TV's were installed. Many other transformations were made to the villa as you will see at your next vacation stay. Our Townhouse accommodates a maximum of six people. (Queen sleeper sofabed in living room).

Beautiful view of the gardens and a community pool for our guests. The entire Shipyard Plantation grounds are subtropical and picturesque. A short walk will bring you to the world famous Shipyard tennis club. Just a ten-minute walk and you are at the sandy white beach of the Atlantic Ocean.

There are so many things to do: Bicycle riding, Roller-blading. Nature walking trails encompass the entire Plantation. Fishing, swimming, and golf on three Championship courses. Nearby is a Water Park and Miniature Golf for the kiddies. Horseback riding is offered in Sea Pines Plantation as well as renting a waverunner, kayak, or doing some deep sea fishing or night dinner cruising.

Shopping malls and outlet stores are plentiful, along with exquisite furniture, linen and clothing specialty shops. Deep sea fishing, parasailing, and scuba diving are more adventurous sports to choose. Musical entertainment can be found on various nights in several of the restaurants and hotels. The Crowne Plaza is right down the street before you hit the beach.
