Our unit has been a favorite for island visitors for years.
The unit is located in an oceanfront complex with only 29 other units. Each unit has it's own carport, so no looking for a parking space. The unit is in one of the best locations in the complex with a beautiful view overlooking the swimming pool, ocean and courtyard.
Watch your children swim and play from the balcony. The expansive courtyard is great for games of bocce, badminton, croquet, wiffle ball, volleyball, etc.
The courtyard is graced with beautiful old oak trees, azaleas and bunny rabbits. The patio has a BBQ grill, table and chairs. Enjoy beautiful breezes, long strolls on the beach, miles and miles of bike paths.
Unit is within walking distance to shopping and dining. Shop our great boutiques or outlets. Dine in 100' s of great restaurants. Use our complimentary membership to the Players Club Fitness center with indoor pool.
The unit is tri- level. Top level has two bedrooms each with it's own private bath. Second level has fully equipped kitchen and dining room with a great balcony.
Lower level has a very large family room with two sofas (one a sleeper) four occasional chairs, lots of space for the whole family to relax..

We had a wonderful time at this condo over Labor Day weekend. It is clean and nicely decorated. There were plenty of bath towels and the pull-out couch downstairs worked well for us as a third bedroom. The complex is well kept, great pool, and lovely grassy area. Of course, being right on the beach was wonderful! Thanks! I'm telling my friends about this great condo!
