This beautiful, first-floor unit in building 9 is spacious and airy, and has a partial ocean view from a large lanai. The unit has recently been remodeled with a new kitchen and travertine tiles in the baths. The condo has also just been fully reupholstered and shutters have been added in the bedroom. The unit is located away from the elevator and is one of the closest units to the white sandy beach across the street.
The condominium comes with cable television in the master bedroom and in the living area. There is free Wi-Fi internet access or with an ethernet cable provided in the entertainment center in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped from knives to a coffee maker, and two full bathrooms complete with linens add convenience. A queen-size sofa bed is available for additional guests or children.
The private lanai with table and chairs is a great private place to have early morning coffee, a light lunch, or a relaxing dinner while enjoying the beautiful Maui sunrise and sunsets. Everything is included to make your visit a comfortable and enjoyable time.
The gorgeous 15-acre property is very well maintained with palm trees, lush gardens, fountains, and tropical birds. There are two Jacuzzis and a large Pool with plenty of lounge chairs/recliners, and a Kids Pool. Eight double Gas Grill Barbecues conveniently located throughout the complex and four regulation Tennis Courts, along with a Gym are available for your enjoyment.
Early morning island orientation is provided complimentary, and tourist activities can be arranged at the front desk or at the travel desk in the pool area. Child care can also be arranged as well through the front desk as the resort has 24-hour professional management and support staff onsite.
Kamaole 3 beach just across the street beckons with it’s white sands and spectacular sunsets. A short five minutes takes you to the beautiful Wailea resort area, home of several outstanding golf courses and world class shopping. This condo is in an excellent location for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. You will truly feel right at home in our home.

Why the Owner Chose Kamaole Sands
We decided to buy a vacation home in Maui because it is Hawaii after all. The beautiful beaches, tropical landscape, and fantastic weather all make for a wonderful getaway from the grind of everyday life. We also chose Kihei because of the easy beach access and it is so close to great activities like day Spas and World Class Golf as well as great restaurants.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I love the fact that we relax by the pool in the morning, enjoy some BBQ for lunch, and then cross the street for a nice walk on the beach in the afternoon. We are also just a short walk or 5-minute drive to the shopping districts in Kihei or Wailea.

My Wife and I stayed in this Condo in early January. Exceptional. Everything was clean and in good repair. Plenty of room and great amenities in the complex. Close enough to walk to one of the best beaches on Maui. Thank You for letting us stay there.

We stayed at this beautiful beach condo for 10 days form 12/25/11 - 1/4/12. The condo was well equipped with all your needs, kitchen appliances, and washer/dryer with detergents, loads of beach towels, tennis rackets, beach chairs, and boogie boards, cooler. Our family (2 boys ages 8 and 13) had a great time, it was great to be able to cook at home and grill on the property, very clean grills by the way. The Kamaole Sands property itself is beautiful, the condo is perfectly located on the 1st floor and a very short walk across the street to a terrific beach where you can snorkel and see lots of fish. Dealing with Michael has been fantastic; I got immediate responses from him if I had any questions. There are tons of restaurants and little shops within walking distance. We will definitely be back. We had a great stay at this condo. It was very clean and the pictures posted were very accurate. It is steps away from Kamaole Beach III and also several good restaurants are within a short walk. The condo itself is well stocked and is on the ground level, which really is an underrated quality. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. The main pool, kids pool and two hot tubs are in excellent condition and a great alternative to heading down to the ocean. The owners we great to deal with. Very fast response time and accommodating. Would book with them again in a second.

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful condo/home. It was exactly as you advertised. My husband and 1yr daughter loved that it was walking distance from the beach(Kamoale III), restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The condo was very clean and fully furnished. I also appreciated that you were prompt to respond whenever we had questions leading up to our vacation. As for the property, it was well maintained with ampful parking. We liked how the pool area and outside BBQ's were cleaned daily.... they really take care of their amenities. They also have several different BBQ areas conveniently located near each of the buildings, which was nice because we never had to wait our turn. Your condo was perfect for our family and we really hope to have the opportunity to return in the near future. I will recommend this place to our friends and family FOR SURE! Thank you again for letting us stay in your home. It was a true pleasure.

My family and I recently returned from a 2 week vacation in this unit. I was pleased to find the condo just as described; nicely appointed, well stocked, and nicely positioned across from Kamaole 3 beach (fantastic spot for kids). Of particular note was the friendly atmosphere at Kam Sands and the fact that you could not leave the condo without a friendly "aloha" from both neighbours and the staff. We appreciated the cleanliness of the condo, the accuracy of the description on the website, and the welcoming nature of the interactions with the owners - we truly were made to feel at home in their vacation rental. I would strongly recommend the Kam Sands and in this condo unit to other young families traveling to Kihei. Mahalo!

Very comfortable condo. Feels like you are home. Lots of room. Great that it had a washer/dryer. having 2 bathrooms was a big plus. Great lanai. Beautiful complex and perfect access to the beach.

our family of four just returned from a great trip to this condo. The owners are very responsive and considerate and have made sure this place is ready to rock for your vacation. The unit is clean, has all the toys and beach chairs you need for the kids and actually has comfortable beds. (we have stayed in other units that had horrible beds). The AC works great to cool it down at night and the location is about as good as you can get. The backyard is great for young kids to play in. We loved staying here and will return for sure.
